OUTLAWS. Amsterdam, is an Amsterdam based webshop, established in 2018 by two young entrepreneurs from Amsterdam. Thinking about life and bringing value to people, we realized that nowadays it’s all about exclusive brands. However, we think different. We believe you don't need expensive brands to express who you are. You express yourself by your style and the person behind that style. “If evolution is outlawed, only outlaws will evolve.”

The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is…
The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the what I ordered didn’t look exactly like the images I used to choose the rings. I liked the quality of the rings but I really wanted a size 7mm and I got a size 6mm. Also, the return process is very expensive because you’re returning to the Netherlands and you’ll pay customs fees. They will offer a 50% store credit and let you keep the items you ordered as a. Option but then you stuck having to buy something else from them.

OUTLAWS. Amsterdam からの回答
Paul,
Appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, brother!
I'm glad to hear you're happy with the quality of the rings, but I'm sorry to hear the rest of your experience wasn't what you expected.
Especially the sizing issue. If you ordered one size and received another, that's something I definitely want to look into.
I've requested your order details through Trustpilot as well. Could you send those over so I can personally check what happened with your order and see how we can make things right?
I don't want you walking away feeling stuck with pieces you didn't want. That's not what we're about.
Let's get to the bottom of this together, brother.

Great pieces!
My only suggestion would be re-thinking your UK delivery partner, seen as I had delays for both my deliveries. Other than that, love my rings and I’ll continue to be a customer!

The material is good
The material is good, fits very well, buyg was easy neverthless, the contact, the messages, the care is what made the overall EXPERIENCE VERY GOOD.
It might difficult for some to grasp the message without really knowing who's in the other side, but it made me feel part of something of some sort.
Thank you!

Very pleased.
When I first got it I thought it was a little thin. After a couple of days I actually thought, "pretty cool this".
A week or so later, I bloody love it. Will be buying more from them.
Originally there was a payment issue and they dealt with it brilliantly.
I recommend.
