So far I am very impressed with the service. I needed to change the address on my order and I was contacted almost straight away and the new address acknowledged prior to my order being dispatched. I have been kept up todate from the start.

Great company….great people. If there’s question it’s sorted almost straight away….love their work and will continue to use Outlaws….

Of the ring and can’t wait to get more I think next time I’ll get a size down just for a bit more of a better fit but all it all in all amazing

The company is very attentive to its customers. It’s wonderful that they process orders quickly and communicate personally via email. They make you feel special. Their products are beautiful and high-quality.

What a terrible company.
I bought a total of 8 rings using the 3-for-2 offer. Unfortunately, the sizing was a little off. At first, Jack told me to order the sizes I needed and that once they received the returned rings, they would refund me.
I sent back 5 rings. It cost me £17 to post them and another £66 in customs charges. I understand the customs fees had to be paid, but I didn't expect them to be that expensive.
That was 6 weeks ago. After around 40plus emails of constantly chasing and arguing just to get my refund, I finally received it today. Throughout the whole process, there was no apology or gesture of goodwill.
The rings themselves are good quality, but if you don't get the right size and need a refund, be prepared for a huge headache and a long wait while you chase your money.
I've honestly never left a negative review before, but this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had with a company. I wouldn't buy from them again.

Having started off with the skull bracelet to give my arm a better chance of being noticed (which it has) i thought why not go the full hog and get a fist full of rings and a neck full of chains.
If you are wanting quality, stylish and edgy......get yourself buying!
