OUTLAWS. Amsterdam, is an Amsterdam based webshop, established in 2018 by two young entrepreneurs from Amsterdam. Thinking about life and bringing value to people, we realized that nowadays it’s all about exclusive brands. However, we think different. We believe you don't need expensive brands to express who you are. You express yourself by your style and the person behind that style. “If evolution is outlawed, only outlaws will evolve.”

Phenomenal customer service
Phenomenal customer service. Received it I think in a week after ordering. The necklace was a gift for my son who just graduated the USMC. My only issue was the background is really dark and the gold part (archangel) was not the same as in photo. The photo the gold is more pronounced (raised) the actual necklace not so much. The prayer on the back I needed a magnifying glass. That was my disappointment BUT my son LOVES it, so I won’t be returning it.

No reply to a very simple question
No reply to a very simple question
I asked this company a simply question about one of its products.
It's AI agent pass my email to customer services to get back to me, but 3 days have passed and no one has gotten back to me.
If this company cant answer a very simple customer service question, it really puts me off wanting to give them hundreds of pounds in business.

I have been wearing only one of the three pieces I bought. The most popular St Jude.
Very satisfied with the quality. I expect the same high quality for the other two pieces purchased. Packaging was top notch!
Delivery tracking application was exceptional.

Great customer service, still waiting for the product!
So far the experience with the customer service their info contact and issue solving has been great. They reached out immediately, fixed the issue I had during purchase in a short amount of time. I have not recieved my package yet so I cannot speak on the quality of the product, but I can confirm that the company and their staff has been very helpful. Since I wear quite a few sturdy rings myself and have been for years, I am both excited and expecting great quality from the ring that I have purchased. I shall determine my total opinion on the brand once I recieve said order.
