Fantastic customer service yet again at E-Bikes direct. I booked my new bike in for its first service, Arran was extremely helpful answering all my questions and replying very quickly to emails. Nothing was too much trouble. When I picked my bike up I dealt with the Sales Team as it was a Saturday and they were also extremely helpful and even offered to help load my bike on its carrier. Thanks all!

Ordered a couple of ezyroller karts and when only one turned up I was very concerned, so I got straight on to their customer services team. You could not fault their response. Fiona was superbly efficient and initiated another to be sent straight away. Then the second one turned up the very next day from the same courier...so on the third day, Kart number 3 then arrived! (We are currently making arrangements for this to be returned!)
I reckon E Bikes are a great company doing the very best to serve their customers, but who inevitably are at the mercy of their couriers. On a good day they will deliver speedily and efficiently. However, if you are unlucky they will accidental split a delivery as we had, or in the worst case, damage the goods in some way or totally fail to deliver. I recognise that for the consumer it does not matter who is at fault if you receive delayed or damaged items, but some of the negative reviews on here really should be aimed at the courier services who have not done the job properly.

I ordered my Raleigh Motus Crossbar Derailleur Electric bike on the 21st of November and to my amazement it arrived in perfect condition on the 23rd.
I was not at home, but I had left a note on my front door for your delivery company (DX Network Services) asking for them to put my bike into my garage via the rear door (which I left open), then to lock the door and post the key through my letterbox and they carried out my request to the letter. Please thank DX Services for me and especially I send thanks their excellent delivery chap.
I was so impressed with the way my new E-Bike had been protected for transit and the paperwork sent with it explaining how to set up my bike was clear and precise. I was especially impressed with the Pre Delivery Inspection Sheet. The instruction manuals and the bike charger etc were all present and greatly helped me get my bike setup for my personal preferences.
I am just sending a BIG THANK YOU to all at E-Bikes Direct for the outstanding service they have provided to me and for being an excellent Company to do business with.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I ordered the bike to be delivered outside of the mainland UK. The customer service team were so attentive and notified me of a delay, but kept me updated throughout the whole process. They were able to update me with exact delivery I formation and even after delivery, were still in contact to make sure everything was as it should be. Service and product couldn't be better!

Thank you E-Bikes, to all those involved with the prep and delivery of my Trike, so that I can regain some of my Muscles in my legs. The bike is absolutely great, well pleased with your company, keep it up. Will be back for a helmet before spring.

I recently purchased a Coyote Origin bike from E-Bikes Direct which was not delivered to me entirely through the fault of one particular delivery company which they have used The local delivery driver for that delivery company was apparently off sick for about a week and when they eventually brought in an agency driver to replace him they sent my bike back to their depot in Canterbury instead of delivering it to me! E-Bikes Direct took full responsibility for this matter and without any questions sent me a replacement bike which they despatched straightaway via a different delivery company. The replacement bike duly arrived within 2 days and I am delighted with it. As a gesture of goodwill E-Bikes Direct have also since sent me some accessories for the bike via Royal Mail which again arrived within a day. I was very satisfied with the way E-Bikes Direct handled this situation for which they were entirely blameless. They acted in a thoroughly responsible and creditable way and demonstrated that they are a very reputable company who set very high standards as a trading company. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Polite and helpful staff, very quick to answer any email questions that I had about the bike.
plenty of information supplied about the delivery from E- Bikes Direct and from the delivery company.
The bike arrived, I quickly adjusted the handle bars and charged the battery and I was away up the road.

From the original quote to delivery everything was smooth and as expected.

I called a the phone line a couple of times during the process, they answered pretty quickly and the people on the end was knowledgeable and friendly.

They kept me in the loop and delivery was on time with no issues.

I noticed the gears and brakes needed adjustment so e-bikes simply said take it into a local shop to be looked at then email the receipt for a refund.

Within a couple of days the refund came back to my original payment method which was paypal in my case.

What else can I say apart from very happy 🙂 and thank you.

Great service from e-bikes. Bought a bike for my son who is turning 5 and price was reasonable and delivery very fast. Best thing was spoke to Richard who kindly including accessories free of charge (helmet, stableizers, bell and pump)! Excellent service and very responsive.

This was the first time I ordered from E-Bikes Direct. I have to say it was thoroughly enjoyable experience. I ordered two tyres (best price I could find on the internet) on the 12th May, they arrived on the 15th, The ordering process was so easy. I was able to pay via PayPal, which is important to me. The communication at each stage of the dispatch/ delivery process was exceptional. The well packaged tyres arrived in the middle of the delivery window given by Royal Mail. I will certainly buy from E-Bikes Direct again.
