Not Impressed either
Not Impressed either, I ordered a sewing machine on the 5/1/24. Haven't received it yet. Tracking says ' This item is arriving at pick/pack department - expected to be dispatched shortly' Which has been saying this since I made the order. I found a way to contact through WhatsApp to be told it will be a february delivery, but a date still can't be given. I need a delivery date ASAP or I will be claiming my money back. My order reference is CR28316. A shame, as this is my first time ordering from here and if the communication and delivery time was better I wouldn't have to give a bad review.

Everything I wanted and expected
I've been wanting to update and upgrade my soundbar to include rears but everywhere has either sold out of the Samsung 930C or they want £600 + on Ebay. Luckily I found the same model on the Outlet Store for a great price but it had the model number 935C which I could only find in Germany (It's exactly the same as the 930c). I figured it was still worth buying even if I had to change the cheap power cables (Germany is the same voltage but they use a different plug) but when it arrived the day after ordering (nice :) I found that they already had UK power cables. As for legitimacy I was quite skeptical with them having only 98 feedback but I reasoned PayPal would step in if there were any issues. Anyhoo to wrap it up it came the next day from ordering (although the deliver driver watched me struggle to get it in the house in my pants) everything was brand new with only the main box and accessories opened. Oh and it sounds awesome!

I bought a grade A refurbished Samsung…
I bought a grade A refurbished Samsung Q995C soundbar from the outlet store. I was a bit sceptical and paid via paypal to be cautious. To my surprise to product was delivered quickly (I paid for next day delivery) and came with two delivery guys ready to bring it to any room I wanted to. The product looks brand new with no defects I can spot and working well as well. Overall very happy with the purchase which was like 50% less than what was retailing at the time in Dec-2023. Will we criticise bad retailers we should also appreciate good ones hence this review.

I ordered a new washing machine for my 90-year-old mother-in-law (she doesn't do internet). I got a good price and it was all great.
No issues with any part of the transaction.
My mother-in-law particularly wanted me to praise the delivery men - she said they were wonderful and "really lovely".

The oven was damaged, it had the wrong plug fitted on it and the instruction book was not in English, I emailed several days ago and still waiting for a response

A true test of a business for me is what it does when things go wrong. I ordered 3 TVs, two were perfect but one was broken. Returned without fuss and will definitely be returning. Excellent value for money. Thank you to Justin in particular for great help and service.
