Part exchanged a pair of headphones, the headphones I received are excellent, and the process for part exchange was very smooth, which is great as obviously it is stressful sending off a pair of expensive headphones to someone you don’t know, but Mike organised all the shipping and communicated throughout, so worked out very well.

Excellent deal struck between myself and Mike; both happy. Great speakers; accurate description. Personally delivered to my home. Test run? No problem at all. A kind, considerate, and genuine trader.
