Would be great to give a review on the Nipper Sport Double V5 that I ordered on 31st of January but mine still hasn’t arrived! After a few emails back-and-forth, getting only the answer that it’s on the way and I should wait for an email from DPD I’m beginning to get a little impatient now. My rating may change depending on the performance of the buggy, that’s if I ever receive it….

Bought the little nipper v5 sport. During first outing I noticed that one of the rear wheels does not quite spin smoothly and wobbles slightly. I believe it is where the pin is not at exactly 90 degrees.
After this short 1.5mile jog the other rear wheel deflated. Pretty sure I haven’t caused a puncture already.
I contacted out n about. Once I got round the annoying and useless bot and got to a human I was told there are no spare wheels available for another 3-4months. So as it stands, I have a £400 buggy with one wheel that wobbles and one with a puncture and customer services (so far) have not offered any solution.
Really disappointed. I had a v3 and used it for years with no issues at all. Plus, that one was far cheaper…
UPDATE:
After chasing up and posting the review Out n About have not spoken to me, just sent an order confirmation for the spare wheels… they won’t be sent for 3 months however. Tried to phone them, could barely hear the customer services person through their terrible reception. I could hear their mobile going off in the background though. Their only solution was to send the whole buggy back. I will then have to buy a whole new one… what a waste of everybody’s time. I said why can’t they just take the wheels out of one of the sets they have and send me those…. Nope… tried to complain over the phone… they can’t be reached sorry..
pathetic…
They also want me to pay to return the buggy…

The delivery time was a lot longer than expected and when it did finally arrive it was not packaged very well, I feel recieved a refurbished pram instead of a brand new one?!

The brake had stopped working on my double nipper, i contacted customer services to arrange repair as it was still within warranty. They sent out a box for me to pack it up and arranged a courier to collect. They not only fixed the brake but replaced the handle which had gotten damaged from general wear and tear lifting the pram in and out of the car. The pram was then delivered back to my front door all within the space of a week/10days. Very happy with the customer service team, particularly Patricia who was very helpful.

Amazing buggy!
Needed a rain cover - very reasonably priced which is always nice when on maternity leave. Arrived promptly, packed well, easy to use (clear instructions also included). Emails to keep you updated

Theyve sent a colour set for the moses basket attachment that doesnt fit the praam or align with the velcro in the slightest. Scuffs on the frame but cannot get hold of out n about to get this rectified. Its an awful stroller so heavy and bulky the seats are very small. Very disappointed

We had an issue with our very old sport needing new bolts. The parts were paid and ordered and a month later we were told they were out of stock and wouldn't be in stock for several months. Very frustrating as we live rural and were left unable to go out. The customer service team however were wonderful and helpful supporting us to get a new nipper at a very good rate and ensured it was with us rapidly! Kept us updated and even offered to swap the fabrics to a colour we wanted!

My out and about double pushchair is about 10 years old and I can still get spares if I need them from you. Thank you. I love my pushchair its my 3x3. I childmind and use it all the time

Utterly obsessed with it! Super easy to manoeuvre and we are yet to find a terrain it cannot handle.

I had a query about compatibility as my Nipper V3 Sport is a bit old now and I wasn't sure whether any of the newer hoods would work. The AI replies were clear and helpful and the purchase was a success! I'm so pleased that my freedom machine gets a fresh start after 6 years of solid use. She deserves to have a smart new hood and I love the fold down sun visor. A great design improvement. I love how Out 'n' About continue to make replacement parts for older models to keep them running. It's what all good companies should be doing.

I was explicitly told that reclaiming VAT would be simple, just place the order and send in the order number to request a refund afterwards. Despite this, I have been trying to reclaim VAT that was incorrectly charged, even though we are exempt in the Channel Islands. What followed has been one of the worst support experiences I’ve ever dealt with.

Online chat is nothing more than an AI brick wall. It repeatedly tells you it “can’t help with refunds” and then appears to silently dump your request into a black hole. No ticket number, no human follow up, nothing.

I went back onto chat specifically to request a real person. The system confidently claimed an agent would join “within 10 minutes”. Four hours later... still no agent, no message, no apology. Just… nothing.

Calling support is no better. After about two minutes you get cut off with a message saying no one is available. You’re offered a callback option, which they also completely ignore.

Email support? Same story. You just get the same AI generated nonsense that you get via chat, zero understanding of the issue and no sign that a human has even glanced at it.

This feels less like customer support and more like an intentional obstacle course designed to make you give up so they don't have to refund you.

Avoid if you value your sanity!

Customer service was very helpful, and the Nipper Wagon arrived really quickly. It was easy to put together and outstanding quality. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

The pram is good however, the customer service is awful. No communication, notices for delivery , there was nothing.
It was meant to be delivered in 3-5 working days but took weeks to come. Called, emailed and messaged on Facebook. Eventually they got back to me and finally let me know it was being dispatched and I will have a tracking number. I’ve heard from multiple people that have had the same issues. You would think that a company so popular and well thought of with there prams would have better aftercare and service.
