Worst company ever!!!!! They partnered with another company called ourtrage London a jewellers. I order a 18k gold cubian chain it was delivered before fathers day . Now it was a silver one that they delivered which is wrong, 2nd mistake it wasn't 18inch it was 16in. I told them I want a refund debenhams chat service kept passing me to different team members not a clue what to do with themselves. They said they would pass a message to them for them to contact me . Instead they sent out another chain an actually gold one still 16inch which I clearly stated I don't want it as fathers day is gone which 3days late is bizarre!!!!! They are trying to with hold my money where I have had to go through my bank bank get it back but please AVOID at all cost debenams and their partners Outrage London are nothing but a bunch of money grabbing frauds !!!!!!!

I ordered a bracelet but I ordered the wrong size-totally my fault. I contacted the company and they responded straight away and I received my replacement bracelet within a couple of days.
Excellent service and lovely bracelet too.

I am more than happy with the ring I bought, but more so with the customer service! I had an issue with my order nothing major. I got in touch and sent an email. Had a response within an hour telling me they were going to send out a replacement. No questions asked the same day.

I ordered a necklace for my boyfriend’s birthday which is just over 2 weeks away as I was getting it engraved and expected it to take a while. My order was confirmed on Monday evening, engraved & dispatched Tuesday and arrived on the Wednesday. Super quick delivery and looks incredible. Very happy - thank you!

Got a few pieces of jewellery from this company, would highly recommend them, I dealt with Kieran whom has been very patient with me, nothing is a problem & the service I have received is definitely second to none, keep up the good work & will definitely be buying from yous again.

I ordered a bracelet and the first order had a faulty clasp. Customer service was incredible at sorting me a replacement (super responsive over email led by Kieran) and the replacement is excellent quality and really nice. 5/5 experience

I had purchased a chain a while ago and contacted customer services as there was an issue with the clasp. Kieran contacted me promptly and helped resolve this issue, despite being outside the usual warranty period. Kieran’s kindness and overall customer service was excellent, so thank you for helping me with this is issue. Will be purchasing again!

Stay clear of this scamming website and Keiran! Customer service is poor!

Upon delivery i realised I had ordered the wrong pendent, after speaking to keiran he had rapidly organised a return and replacement free of charge and he managed to do this in a matter of days,the service this company provides is absolutely amazing,

I bought the Silver Cuban Chain Necklace (5MM) and it honestly exceeded my expectations. It has a solid weight and looks super premium, I've been wearing it daily and it still looks brand new.

I bought a crucifix and chain for my husband and it was lovely. It was really good quality. However the chain was too small and wouldn’t fit around his neck. I have emailed the company 3 times to request an exchange and have had no response. I tried their WhatsApp group but this simply doesn’t exist and just reverts you back to writing an email.
The return instructions ask you to email for a returns form before actually returning. I don’t want to risk sending the item back and then saying them they haven’t received it.
Such a shame as the quality of the item is brilliant.

Very poor communication from this company. I admittedly made a mistake with my order, by ordering the wrong size, but I then proceeded to do everything I could to contact them less than an hour after my order had been placed. I contacted them via email three times, and Instagram twice, getting no response from them. Then I tried using their ‘live chat’ option on their website which simply doesn’t exist, and they also have no customer service or complaints contact number. Despite trying to contact them numerous times on multiple platforms, I was ignored until eventually I received an email saying ‘We are very sorry but the item has already been processed.’ (Bear in mind this was multiple hours after they first responded to me saying they will look into the issue. I’m being offered no refund or help changing this item despite doing everything in my power to contact them for help. I could not recommend this company less. Please save your money for a company that cares about its customers.

The chain did not look very good send back on the 18/12/25 next day delivery now the date is 21/01/26 and still no refund after messages the company lots of time had to open a case with PayPal who has said they would give me a full refund so please do NOT buy from this company

The item I ordered came quickly and is beautiful. Customer service is 100% at this company, I would recommend.
