Overdressed Jewellery UK レビュー

I ordered 4 charms. The communication with Overdressed was excellent. Alison contacted me well in advance about a possible problem which was resolved to my total satisfaction.
The charms arrived by Royal Mail within the stated time frame. They are beautiful and were very nicely packaged and exceeded my expectations.
I’m looking forward to wearing them.
Thank you for an extremely pleasant online shopping experience! ❤️💪🏻🏆🥇

I have ordered several pieces which are all stunning and have remained tarnish free, one necklace I have had on well over a year as it's too gorgeous to take off! As well as great products, the customer service is excellent. Alison has been super helpful in quickly sending a missing item and also in refunding a ring that was too small (damn). Couldn't recommend more and I'm already eyeing up my next purchase!

Quick delivery, very good quality products. We had 2 more bracelets to order for family members, because they loved them (Betsy bracelets) and there were a couple of sizing queries. The company dealt with us really well and we felt the after sales service was excellent. Thank you Alison!

My 2nd purchase from this store. Necklace arrived really quickly, exactly as described and perfectly packaged. I had so many compliments on my necklace I ended up gifting to someone special and ordered myself another! Customer service top notch.

Gorgeous items, I’ve had several pieces and always been very pleased.
Really good quality.
Makes fabulous gifts or just as a treat for yourself!
Beautifully packaged, it feels like you’re getting something really special.
Highly recommend.

My Jewellery arrived on time and in a lovely package, it is gorgeous and looks like the pics on the website.
The follow-up customer service was excellent too, which is hard to find nowadays!
Excited to wear these classy but trendy pieces :)

Excellent company, beautiful jewellery and amazing customer service from Alison. Will continue to use overdressed!

I had a minor issue sorted out swifty, by enthusiast staff who really do care about their products and customers.

Many sites sell similar products, but Overdressed are always way nicer and customers are in good hands with this company

Absolutely fabulous ring . I bought the ‘Chunky ring with stars’ as I wanted a larger gold ring for everyday.
It has a lovely weight to it, and it’s really eye catching . I’m so pleased at the quality and will definitely be back for more.

I was slightly skeptical as there are so many of these shops popping up on line. Bought a few pieces to see quality. Just received a ring that looked stunning and it’s even better IRL, super impressed with the quality. Received very quickly and came with a snazzy gift bag. Well done overdressed.

I purchased earrings in November 2024. Within 2-3 weeks I had a problem with my order.

I contacted Overdressed who unfortunately never received my emails at the time. However they have since responded and I am very happy with their customer service and swift action once they were aware of the issue.

Lovely small business 😊

Bought a couple of bits really nice quality, been wearing them in the shower and all the time and don’t tarnish etc
Will buy more from here will keep an eye out for new stock

Love my necklace, always get lots of compliments about it! Fabulous jewellery at a great price!

My go to place for jewellery. I absolutely love this company. They have such an amazing range and the quality is fantastic. I have built up quite a collection now and love that they don’t tarnish. The packaging is stunning too and make gorgeous gifts for friends and family too!

Best jewellery brand out there ! Never tarnish and so beautiful. I don’t wear anything else other than overdressed ⭐️

Absolutely love all the items which I have bought from here both for myself and my daughter. Fabulous pieces which can be worn in the daytime or for an evening out. Customer service is brilliant too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the second I ordered these bracelets it was excellent service - sadly for me, the bracelets were too small, but that is purely a personal problem. I would NOT hesitate to order from Alison, from the whole process to ordering and returning it was seamless and I would NOT hesitant ordering from overdressed, I’m just sad that they didn’t fit me as they are a fabulous product

I love all of my overdressed jewellery. Got quite a collection, necklaces, rings & bracelets. Look fab for all occasions.

I love all my Overdressed jewellery - a growing collection! I have 2 pairs of hoop earrings with charms (the green stone evil eye ones I wear every day now!), some crystal dotted huggies, some star studs and the heart chilli charm necklace. I have sensitive skin and they don’t irritate me at all, the gold stays bright even after showering, gyming and sleeping in them. One of my green evil eye hoop earrings was faulty (I recently bought a second pair because I love them so much!) and Alison sent out a new one right away - great products with gorgeous designs AND great customer service to boot! Definitely a loyal customer now and look forward to my next purchase!

First class jewellery, first class service I chose to pick up rather than delivery, was a quick easy process. I’ve had overdressed pieces before and the quality is always fantastic. Always my go to for jewellery for myself and presents.
