Overtop is doing scam with people.Their quality is totally bad.I will give star if possible.Their customer services are very very poor.I wrote a number of mails to them for claim but didn't respond to me.
Very cheap bags.Very bad experience with overtop.I recommend people please don't not purchase anything from these scammers. If any sincere person is available in their so please focous on your services.

NEVER TO EVER TRSUT THEM OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS, REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE POSTED BY THEIRSELVES NOT AN ACTUAL CUSTOMER. WHAT IS SHOWN IS CLEARLY NOT DELIVERED! I ASKED THEM TO SHOW A PICTURE OF BAGS I ORDERED FROM THEIR SITE AND I WAS SENT THE WEBSITE PHOTOS LIKE COME ON I ALREADY SAW FROM THERE I WANTED YOU TO SHOWONE FROM YOUR WARE HOUSE. THE DAY I ASKED THEM TO SHOW THEY WERE SUPER ACTIVE. NOW AS I HAVE BEEN SENT THE PRODUCT ITS SUCH A CHEAP QUALITY AND THEY'RE NOT EVEN HAVING ENOUGH SHAME TO REPLY BACK. PIECE OF SCAMMERS.

Don't buy from Overtop
They are doing scam
They don't delivered the same product.

Boycott them.

If anyone want's prove so DM me I will share the evidence.

I ordered a laptop bag from them. To my surprise, they sent a bag that looks like something made of polythene bag. Extremely rubbish! Not recommended at alll!

They used to provide good quality bags, but I ordered the same bag after a year, and its quality is unbelievably cheap. Parachute sparkling cheap material and they aren't even replying.

Very bad quality... Low and light quality... Not only of my bag but my 2 other friends also bought different models but very low low quality... Never recommended

I order bag when I receive opened it it's not that bag that I have seen on picture and it has a fishy bad smell

I ordered the Backup Bag S11 from Overtop on April 28 and received it on May 2. The product looked great in the videos and pictures on website, but in reality, it’s extremely poor quality. The stitching is uneven, the material feels cheap, and it’s not usable at all.

I contacted customer care the same day I received it and shared my concerns. They said they would forward my complaint, but after two days, they simply told me the company refused to accept the return. This was a complete waste of money. Very bad experience. Not recommended

Complete scam, I bought S11 Backpack and it is made of a cheap parachute material not as shown in the picture like if you try to tear it from your hand it will tear, the inside of the backpack is completely different and coloured blue, no compartments or pockets are there as shown in pictures, total wrong item. Also the 2 essential bags which are advertised with this backpack are not here either but some (4) cheap pouches are here instead which are of no use.

I’ve WhatsApp them on 14th they told me they've filed a complaint and I’ll be hearing from them soon but no resolution and now they’re not even replying, Emailed them, no resolution. Received this on 14th May, 2025.

Very cheap material has been used – it's made of shiny and low quality plastic, and it's very different from what was shown online. Even the essential bags are different. I mean, what a lie was shown online.

Scam Alert!!!

One of the shittiest, third rate quality products I have ever bought. The products are nowhere near the same as advertised, The service is crap; when you reach out to them they just say you got what you ordered.

I have pictures that I sent them to show the difference but they just stopped replying. They are f**king scammers.

Desi zaban main .... chor hain haramzaday!!!!!

We need to get rid of them asap. They are fraud. Send very low quality goods.

Cheap quality bad customer service will not recommend

Main Kuch din phaly ek bag Oder kiya botha hi bakar or gatiya quality hay

Very low quality, waste of money, essential bags are just 20 rupees pouches., don't have return policy... Totally scam
