OVH is a large and highly competitive infrastructure provider, and I have been a customer since 2016. However, one aspect that has remained consistently disappointing over the years is the speed of their ticket support.
I genuinely do not understand why a company of this scale has not significantly improved its response times to customers. While the infrastructure itself is generally reliable, support responsiveness often falls far below what many businesses would expect.
If your business is just starting out and you require responsive, hands-on support, OVH may not be the best choice for you. In my experience, OVH is better suited for customers who are largely self-sufficient or those willing to pay extra for higher-tier support plans.
The reality is that not all customers receive the same level of attention. Response priority is heavily influenced by the support plan you purchase. If you want faster responses and higher priority handling, you should expect to pay more.
This is not necessarily wrong from a business perspective, but it is an important consideration for anyone evaluating OVH as a hosting provider. Infrastructure quality and support quality are two different things, and potential customers should assess both before making a decision.

Please reply my email -_- and if i had unpaid invoice except my Dedicated Server also you can suspended that my invoice and delete. And please give back my access and my dedicated server back online cause i paid always on 20 every month

Customer support is NULL
I am European, but years ago when I started an account, they moved it to their Asia platform.
Now I find out they DONT offer certain services to customers outside their Eurpe server customers.
Not that you can find the information anywhere.
When I asked, they asked many unnecessairy follow up questions because the service just completely unavailable to me.
There is no way to make an official complaint however. There is no feedback loop. A complaint ticket gets handled by the same engineer that you want to complain about.
The only way to deal with issues is if they fit within the FAQ, otherwise you cant even open a ticket.
Website is outdated and slow (quite strange for a company that is proud of their own hardware)

I ordered a dedicated server expecting standard delivery times, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. After taking my money, they hit me with a massive delay, claiming a "RAM shortage" and pushing my server's estimated delivery date out to May 7th.
To make matters worse, their policies are designed to trap you. Even though they openly admit they don't have the hardware in stock to fulfill the order, they refuse to cancel it or issue a refund until 15 days have passed. My money is basically being held hostage for a product they cannot deliver on time.
Beyond the unacceptable business practices, the platform itself is a headache. The user interface is clunky, outdated, and incredibly poor to navigate. When you finally do need to reach out for help, be prepared to wait—their support response times are ridiculously long.
If you need reliable infrastructure and a company that respects your time and money, look elsewhere. Avoid OVHcloud unless you enjoy terrible UI, slow support, and having your money locked up for weeks with nothing to show for it.

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order for a dedicated server (Order ID: 21407422) because it clearly stated **“delivery in 120 seconds.”** That promise is completely misleading.
It has now been **over 48 hours**, and more than **3 days of my billing cycle are already gone**, yet my server has still not been delivered. The only response I received was a vague message saying it could take up to 72 hours — which directly contradicts what was advertised at the time of purchase.
What’s worse:
* No proper updates on my ticket
* Support is unresponsive
* Phone support says “closed” even during working hours
This is extremely unprofessional. If you cannot deliver in 120 seconds, don’t advertise it. Customers make decisions based on that information.
I expect either:
1. Immediate delivery of my server, or
2. Compensation/extension for the lost time caused by your delay
Right now, this feels like false advertising and very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

One week has passed, and I still haven’t been able to purchase a VPS from them. These days when providers like AWS, Oracle, Azure, and Linode allow you to buy a VPS or cloud server instantly, OVHcloud enforces unnecessary validation steps that often result in orders being canceled without any clear explanation. This gives the impression that customers are treated as potential scammers by default.
Even when an order isn’t canceled immediately, the validation status can remain stuck at “checking your order” for more than 48 hours. Payment already taken, but no service delivered. I’m still waiting for my VPS, but after all this mess, I seriously doubt I can continue relying on this kind of operation. Gonna contact PayPal to refund all my money that being withhold.

vCPU are often hanging, the performance is just garbage. It could not even run the cpu speedtest with 4vCPU. It just killed itself during the compression test (didn't have this issue in a 2vCPU hetzner VPS), I had to ugprade to 8vCPU just to serve 10 requests a second. The bandwidth is also terrible, barely getting 5Mbs (yes small b) from Europe
Don't recommend it.

I am extremely disappointed with OVHcloud’s support system. My business was effectively offline for 6 days due to an issue, and their response was extremely slow, causing major disruption. For a service I trusted for critical operations, this level of support is unacceptable.

OVH’s support is extremely difficult to access. Submitting a ticket requires logging into a separate panel, and LiveChat is completely ineffective—the AI bot closes the chat immediately with no option to reach a human agent. For a VPS and hosting provider, this is unacceptable.
Update after 3 days:
After waiting three days for order processing, my dedicated server order was cancelled using the vague excuse of “inaccurate information,” which matches many other reviews here. By that point, $185.30 had already been deducted from my bank account, yet there was no clear refund process or communication.
This experience wasted both time and money. I am requesting a full refund of $185.30 for a service that was never delivered. OVH seriously needs to improve its support accessibility and payment handling.

do not ever buy from them. they will just scam you and ignore you tickets. ive emailed and wrote a ticket like a week ago and i still havent gotten an answer. they cancelled my order and didnt offer any refunds when i was already charged for my order. when i tried to contact/email them back, it says that my email was rejected. then when i tried to open a ticket, they said that i had to contact ovh asia since my account was made under them. and when i did, i received 0 RESPONSE since a week ago. DO NOT EVER BUY A VPS FROM THEM.

Tried to purchase VPS. Their wizard forced into 2-factor, where both of the 2 options they presented immediately bugged out. Tried the live chat support, but no one answered. Tried calling support phone number, very long automated menu, long wait; again, no answer. Website full of bugs with no support options for new customers, how are these guys still in business?
After posting the above review, I received a response with request for more information about my experience from OVHCloud. The response was automated and made no mention of any of my actual issues. I don't get it.
Why come to review sites with a bot to send automated messages trying to convince reviewers that they care? They literally cannot even be bothered to read. Let me make this perfectly clear. Do NOT put a live-chat support on your website WITH NO ONE MANNING THE CHAT. Do NOT put a support phone number on your website WITH NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE. Do NOT force new customers into 2-factor authorization WHERE NONE OF THE OPTIONS WORK WITHOUT BUGS. Guys, this is simple business. Do not come here to review sites and pretend to care about your customers when you spend zero effort in actually taking care of your new customers nor do you even bother to actually read our reviews!
I would post screenshots if Trustpilot would allow!
