The whole transaction was very easy, the parts arrived quickly and really well packaged. The condition of the parts was also as good or better than advertised, truly as new.

Kaikki sujui jälleen kerran hyvin

Kaikki sujui jälleen kerran hyvin, kunnes toimitus tökkäsi. Ei ole yritetty toimittaa, vaikka fedex niin väittää. Nyt tavara sitten makaa viikonlopun ylitse jossain. Aivan sama onko rahtarina fedex, postnord tai mikä tahansa. Kompastuu tämä kaupankäynti näihin joka kerta.

⚠️ WARNING

⚠️ WARNING – very bad experience with Ovoko and Cupola Speed SRL in Romania.
I paid for a front fender that was supposed to be delivered through Ovoko. According to Cupola Speed SRL, the part was delivered, and they even sent a fake receipt that is actually just a blurry JPG image of a floor. I have not received any front fender at all. They did not even send anything.
Despite this, Cupola Speed SRL confirmed to Ovoko that the item had been delivered. At the same time, I received a message on WhatsApp (??) saying that the item was out of stock, but that I could receive another fender with the same color code. I obviously replied yes, but after that they stopped responding. They are probably trying to delay the process in order to remove my possibility of canceling the order and getting my money back.
I have contacted Ovoko and demanded that they investigate the matter and refund my money, but I have received neither a solution nor any response from Ovoko or Cupola Speed SRL. The only thing that responds is a chatbot that merely asks for my email address, even though they already have it.
I have informed Ovoko that I will take the matter further to the relevant authorities if my money is not refunded.
For me, this is a very serious situation. I strongly recommend being extremely cautious about paying for parts through these companies before making sure that the item actually exists and is shipped.
