Easy to order and arrive but then was forgotten about and not collected for 2 weeks

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered skip last Monday was too late for Tuesday delivery so it was to be delivered Wednesday. I specifically stated it had to be collected Friday as work was being started in the garden Saturday . That was okayed and my money was taken. After 3 phone calls on Wednesday and told you are on list it SHOULD be with you tidsy as we are very busy it was delivered at 4pm . I received a phone call on Friday at 1.26pm which I missed. I phoned it back at 2.23pm and was asked was skip ready for collection I said it was. Friday not collected Saturday I left a message nothing . Monday I received a call 8.36am and it was as if yes we will collect today as we are very busy . So don’t take my booking as I had to cancel garden job on Saturday.it was as if well we will collect today we are very busy. Woman very unapologetic and actually rude she said nothing in the notes to say colllection Friday I said I said it on call to which she said no one is going to listen to all calls. I told her I would be leaving this review I was told yes work away. So I live in hope it’s collected today as workmen here again and skip still here. Avoid Oxugen slips at all costs as I would have ordered elsewhere if I had been informed last Monday that they are VERY BUSY should be new logo .

Easy to order. Skip arrived and placed where we requested it. Value for money

Brown bin not collected 2 weeks in a row. Called to complain and was met with "why didn't you tell us last week"? I assumed that if you didn't fulfill the service then that it would happen this week and gave your awful company some grace!

Now it's totally full, it's summer and told it won't be collected until next week so we cannot cut our grass before then (won't collect any additional bags). Don't know why it's expected to be up to be to promptly report you're not fulfilling your contract!

Ordered a skip Monday to be delivered today the Friday , rang today at 3.25pm to query what time the skip would be arriving, she told me she couldn’t give me a time but I was on the evening route. I said brilliant what time do they deliver the skips till , she told me 10pm it’s not after 10pm no skip , no number to ring over the weekend and rubbish sitting waiting to go into the skip. Completely unreliable! My booking didn’t slip through the cracks the lady confirmed my address only by my name! Full of lies joke of a company don’t waste your time ordering a skip from these crooks , quick to take your money and can’t provide the service!!!

Ordered a 6 yard skip because 4 yard wasn’t available in our area. A 10 years skip arrived, appreciate them accommodating us by providing something but a 10 yard skip is massive and is difficult to get things into. Ordered the skip for collection on the Monday but didn’t arrive until Thursday and only after they were contacted.

Prompt delivery, friendly drivers and telephone staff.

I was waiting for a skip on the Friday, had all weekend planned around it. No skip showed up, and no customer support over the weekend to try to locate it. I had to wait till the Monday. First and last time using Oxygen environmental.

Delivered on time and as expected picked up on time in the same way

Have ordered a monthly bin service of 2 bins last week. Payment has been taken but still no contact from anyone on the customer service team and no update on bin delivery
Update:
After calling on Tuesday, customer service advised our order slipped through the cracks and bins would be delivered Thursday morning. It is now Thursday evening and still no bins!! Wish I could update to no stars

Efficient skip delivered and collected on days as arranged

It was very easy to place the order on you app. The list of items that you could dispose of. Would have love to dipose of old dried up paint drum but was unsure. Thanks for the service. Thought price was reasonable.

After receiving confirmation on line for a skip hire, received a call the next day to say there was no skip available. After extremely poor customer service got reconfirmed.
Ordered skip for early morning was delivered at 2.15 pm. Skip was not picked up on the day which it should have been. Had further bother with this. Honestly hard to even give this 1 star.
