Excellent service
Excellent service, reliable, on time and communicate very well in relation to bin collections. Got a few skips off them before too and they were very easy to order, good to deal with and the skips were delivered quickly and collected in a timely manner.

Be be careful because they charging two…
Be careful because they charging two or more times for this same day collection of the waste. They charge me for collecting full bin with the weight 33kg then they lift empty bin and add extra 10.5kg for collecting of waste. If they will lift bin 10 time I would pay for 300kg on single collection. Highly not recommend.

I only switched to Oxgyen a few months…
I only switched to Oxgyen a few months ago and they've not collected my bins several times. Now they are saying there are too many cars in my cul de sac and the bin collectors are particular they have to be able to see the bin to collect it. Do they not have a list of their customers so they can walk a few steps to lift my bin. Was told id get a callback re this but nothing. Very bad service

However, we do insist that our customers leave bins out in clear area so we can collect and have space for our bin trucks. This is for the safety of our staff, residents and to minimise accidents with other vehicles.

Just an acknowledgment of how much I appreciate the crew in Blackrock in Louth. Shocking weather conditions, blew rubbish out of the green bin, one of the workers went out of his way to gather it and then proceeded to clear branches that had fallen. Thank you, great service.

Rude, tired and lazy lady
I called their office and spoke with a lady who was extremely rude. I emailed the same day, and it seems the same person may be handling emails as well, because I still haven’t received any response. They also left my green bin behind without giving any explanation. This is unacceptable. I hope the business owners are aware of how unprofessional and discourteous their staff are.

Complaint Regarding Missed Bin Collection
I have been a loyal customer with Oxigen for over 15 years and, until now, I have never had an issue like this. My bins were not lifted today because my account balance was €21 instead of the required €25. While I understand that policies must be followed, I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled.
I contacted customer service and I would like to say that the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful, and I understand that this was not her fault. However, I was told I would now have to wait two weeks for my next scheduled collection, which I find very unfair.
Given my long-standing service with Oxigen, I feel some flexibility could have been shown, such as arranging a collection within the next few days once the account was topped up. Being left without a bin collection for two weeks over a small shortfall seems excessive and not reflective of good customer care.

Would not be likely to recommend
I've only been with this company two months and already they've missed a compost collection three times. Only one of these was accompanied with a courtesy text. It really feels like they can't be bothered. I'm elderly and they're probably thinking I don't even know what day it is, nevermind the hassle of putting the bin out and back again. Maybe I can't be bothered paying my next direct debit!

Black Bin was not collected this…
Black Bin was not collected this morning because there was a balance of only €6.30 in my account. I overlooked topping up my account. You would think that after 27 years of being a loyal customer the bin would have been collected and a text message would issue to remind me to top up the account, afterwards. So much for good customer service?
