Great company and would definitely recommend. We had our system installed in 2019. From start to finish from quote, booking and install it was a breeze. We recently got the system serviced just for a general check up and the same experience occurred where it was so easy to deal with. Their technicians did such a good job on install and service and gave me advice to help maintain it myself to get the best out of the heat pump.

From the minute i contacted oxygen air, there office staff , guys that quoted, then the installers kept me informed and up to date, everyone of them turned up on time and completed job
left job clean and tidy, no issues at all to recommend them

Terrible customer service and the installers don't know what they're doing (conflicting advice given). They don't respond to emails and only bother to get in contact when they are chasing payment. Nothing could be clarified by phone or email (despite the fact it easily could have been). The technician was more than 2 hours late and didn't call to update on ETA nor apologize. If they had just rescheduled a new time that would have preferable than me waiting around for hours, and having to miss another appointment I had.
The heat pump market is so competitive I'd strongly recommend using another company. Very disappointed. Just hope we don't have any further issues with the system given all the other terrible reviews!

The team at Oxygen Air were fantastic. We've had two Panasonic heat pumps installed by Oxygen Air and they offered a fantastic service at competitive rates. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a heat pump installed.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother a 93 year old lady who was charged $350 for a service on the central heating system. The service man turned up on the agreed date at 10:45am and left at 11:05am only 15 mins of the time on the premises spent supposedly servicing the system. I contacted the office to find out how long should a service take? the receptionist after several phone calls said it should take an hour or a bit longer and kept saying that the Operations manager would would phone back which never happened. After phoning 5 times over a period of 3 weeks my number has been blocked.

Salesperson: Nathan answered all my questions and I had lots. We’ve gone from a wood fire to a ducted central system, so I wanted to make sure we got what we needed. Nathan was very keen to provide me with what I needed to know to make a decision to give me the outcome we wanted.

Customer Service: Evanna was super friendly, helpful and down to earth. She stayed in communication about installation dates and time and payment expectations.

Installation Team: Anil, Peni, Neihana and Julian are the loveliest humans. Friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions on the day. They have done a professional job of installation, which I really appreciate and they were happy to show me up in the ceiling space, so I could see what they had done. So cool to witness a happy team culture onsite. Clean up was done really well, with a thorough vacuum of our floor afterwards - thank you Anil. Good instruction on how to work the system and instructions left with us. Thanks Oxygen Air for a job well done.

Great system when they get it working.Leaving parts behind and another week for replacements.
Worker put knee tgrough the ceiling in our 100 yr old house which hasn't been repaired properly yet.
These issues have been hapoening for a month now.?They were booked in to return today but no show so not imoressed at all.
We paid $18000.00 so just want it wirking properly. GRRR

I had a gree heat pump installed by oxygen air. It's the worst heat pump I've ever used. Turns off constantmy and it's so loud it sounds like a helicopter is running in my lounge...also the heat pump is sitting crooked on a large angle on my wall.
I simply can't afford the large fee to take them to small claims court so this is the next best thing.
The only good thing about this company is the sales rep Alex vasilatos. He's lovely but the gree product he has to sell is awful.
Go somewhere else and do not buy a gree heat pump.
Hiya..just an to update my prior post and respond to oxy air response below, I got the name of your sales rep wrong sorry I thought it was allen but it's not, after checking my correspondence from oxy air I saw his name was was Alex vasilatos. Make apologies. It was most definitely your company.

Great company to deal with. Alex asked questions and gave advise after considering my replies.
Units were fitted within good time frame. Only problem I had was with the automatic reminder to pay the balance-was here before install had been done-I do NOT pay for something in full before completion
I would be happy to utilize their service again

Had a service booked for 11am, was told after 30 mins late that they would be there shortly. Was 2hrs after the original time when they showed up. If they had just rescheduled a new time that would have been a whole better than me sitting waiting for them for 2 hrs.
Pretty cheeky when they charge you for changing the time on them within 24hrs but they are happy to mess you around for two hours.

Oxygen Air need to sort out their support process. The sales and install process was fine. But the support has been the worst I have ever encountered from any company ever! Our unit developed an issue 8 months after install (still under warranty), and it took 6 weeks of continual phone calls and emails just to get their support team to call me back. Finally got a technician out, he did some diagnosis, determined it was a leak but didn't have the gear to fix or replace the problem. That was 2 weeks ago, and still haven't heard back and am unable to actually get through to their support.

**Update** Did eventually get it sorted with a replacement unit, but as mentioned above the process took far too long, and I only got their attention after posting about the poor customer support on various review websites like this.

Following up on my previous review.
Still no contact from Oxygen Air.
Still have a hole in my ceiling.
Still would not recommend this company.

Everyone we dealt with was amazing. Dale, Muu, Sophie, Romesh, Alex and Isaac made the experience so easy and smooth. Well done to all. We are incredibly happy with our duxted system.

After waiting a month for a response from 2 other heat pump Business's I was Reccomended Oxygen Air by a friend on a Monday morning I rang them and was told someone would be here 10 am Tuesday, On time Wiremu Anderson arrived and advised us on what would be best for us & the job could done within a week the following week tuesday The Technicians arrived @ 8.20 am very polite & professional we were very impressed & happy with their work & would reccomend Oxygen Air to anyone who requires a heat pump. Had a service on the central heating system last week by service engineer Stefan he was polite, professional and very helpful he took the time to explain what the service involved and also answered my many questions about the control panel set up. This a huge contrast to the treatment from Andy Mitchel the operations manager who since installation of the system wont return phone calls he didn`t even bother to get in touch when we had to get someone back to replace the roof tiles that had been left off during installation.
I hope Oxygen Air appreciate how much of an asset Stefan is to their company.
