Had a service on the central heating system last week by service engineer Stefan he was polite, professional and very helpful he took the time to explain what the service involved and also answered my many questions about the control panel set up. This a huge contrast to the treatment from Andy Mitchel the operations manager who since installation of the system wont return phone calls he didn`t even bother to get in touch when we had to get someone back to replace the roof tiles that had been left off during installation.
I hope Oxygen Air appreciate how much of an asset Stefan is to their company.

If i could rate them 0 i would, what an absolute disgusting experience.
Very quick to request money, schedule installation date and contact me 5 minutes before installation and then say they cant make it. Oxygen air charges you $ 140 plus GST if you cancel installation less than a day before they schedule the installation, See there cancellation policy: Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation within 1 business day before installation will incur a cancellation fee of $140.00 incl. GST. If we arrive on site and are unable to access the property, the same charge will occur.

I asked the question and guess what i am still waiting for the manager to contact me to answer what can i invoice them for my wasted day. My valuable time means nothing to them.

I have recently had Oxygen Air install a heat pump. After working from home during Covid I hadn't realised just how cold my place was. Chris was very accommodating in quoting when other companies refused to work in with my availability. Matt & team (including the electrician) did an excellent job from start to finish. Introduced themselves on arrival, explained as they went along what they were doing and cleaned up on completion. Matt briefed me on how to use the heat pump prior to leaving. Thoroughly recommend Oxygen Air for heat pumps. My home feels like a home now. Thank you team.

He was punctual and provided good information which allowed us to make a good decision about brand and model. The installation team were also very punctual and efficient and did an excellent job. We've recently had the Oxygen Air team back to install another two heat pumps for us in Auckland. Oxygen Air were great to deal with getting great advice and great pricing from Ezra, to the install team who were efficient & tidy and stoically put up with the terrible weather we had on install day.

The installation of our new heat pump was well done right from the advice given on size and type of heat pump, to the completion of the installation. The person who advised us was pleasant and helpful, and showed his expertise while advising us. The installation team were efficient and pleasant, and checked with us to ensure that they were correct with the position of the units, and the overall look when they were finished. I would recommend this firm.

We had two heat pumps installed today, the whole experience we very good. I had some specific needs with regards to the installation of one unit and it posed no issues at all.
Jordon, Nino and Tyson were very pleasant and professional. They were all on time, properly attired, with the right tools and got on with the installation until the job was complete with no mess at all. During the installation they had time to respond to some of the questions I had. After the installation of the units, Jordon and Nino gave me an over view of the remote, how to clean the filters and care of the external units.
I thoroughly recommend Oxygen Air and if your experience of their service is anything like mine then I am certain that you will be delighted.

I would not go with oxygen air again. Very quick to have a sales rep come along, take your money and book the installation in then it doesn't get fully installed. They ignore your calls and don't get back to you. Come on oxygen air sort out your customer services!

Salesman Chris: Awesome comms, prompt inspection and provision of quote, great follow-up to answer questions pre-installation and review post-install. Did not try to over or undersell and agreed to location which would not incur extra costs, which made it so much easier for dealing with landlord.
Customer Service Team: Awesome, calls were always answered or returned promptly, twice we were offered earlier dates for install and no question was ever a problem.
Installation Technicians: These guys were busy as, but super professional and made the whole process simple. On time, right gear and just got into it. Gave an overview of how to use the units and installation was clean and tidy. Superb.

Can't fault any part of the process, highly recommended.
