Oxygen Property Management レビュー

Wellington Oxygen were amazing. When I wanted my property rented, Dyanna & Tracey came around the very next day to photograph the property and get it advertised. They were responsive and communicated well throughout the process, and found great tenants for the property in a week. I've been using Oxygen to manage my properties for about 6 years now and highly recommend them.

I really enjoyed my experience with Jan. She made it very easy for me as an owner to choose Oxygen. She gave me complete confidence that the best suited tenants would fill my home. They made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward in any stages.

I am a returning customer, the team is always provide quick response and helpful feedback. Really helpful!!!

The property manager Kristina Romijn was an absolute pleasure to work with. Any needs were dealt with professionally and rapidly, nothing was too hard and I always felt that any needs would be dealt with all while maintaining a great relationship and fantastic attention to detail.

👏👏👏
Prompt, efficient & just all round amazing.
You're a legend Leanne 👏❣️

Thank you to my very understanding agent, Leanne❤️🙏☝️God bless us all

My experience was great with Oxygen. They are prompt with their communication, have a thorough process in terms of tenancy agreements, and were super kind to me throughout.

National Property Managers Day - Thank you to all of the property managers and all those people involved in this industry, on this day (and really every day!). What you all do is relentless and very well appreciated, Thank you. A special mention to Susie Ellis at the Lower Hutt Office thanks heaps you are so amazing.

I would like to thank Leanne for giving me and my family a home in our time of need, she is an awesome property manager and a lovely person inside and out! Her communication is always on point, and I am very grateful to her for all that she has done for us. She is a very understanding, fair and reasonable person and I highly recommend Leanne and renting through Oxygen. I admire her honesty, and how she likes a chat during house inspections. It's always good to have strong relationships with property managers and landlords. Thank you again Leanne 😊

Lovely team. Very friendly with a down to earth approach and very efficient with their business. For the best Professional Service, Oxygen Property Management is definitely the route to take. 10/10

We've had the pleasure of working with Leanne both as a landlord and as a tradie. Leanne is brilliant. Her communication is excellent and she's always thinking about ways to get the best results. Couldn't recommend Leanne more highly.

Leanne Manages and communicates well with both tenants, Owners and trades

Oxygen and Leanne have been fantastic in managing our properties. Inspections are always thorough, maintenance is always identified and actioned, meaning the properties are in good condition for the tenants. Leanne forms really strong relationships with tenants. She is always easy to communicate with. I could not do this myself or have rental properties without the team at Oxygen and Leanne.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We’ve been with Oxygen for a few years and have a new property manager Lindsey Hambleton. She is by far the best property manager we’ve ever had. Lindsey is friendly, understanding, respectful and has an eye for detail. In a world where you often feel like just another number and personal connection is waning Lindsey is a breath of fresh air.

We have been very happy as tenants with the service we have had from Oxygen over nearly five years. In particular, Leanne has been just great. Friendly and professional service is her hallmark. When anything needed fixing, it was attended to promptly. We hear about poor property managers from time to time, but the opposite has been our experience with Leanne and Oxygen. Well done.

Amazing service, awesome property management.!

Big Thank You!! shout out to Leanne Phillips, shes mega friendly, approachable, proffessional, well organized, effecient, a straight to the point sharpshooter.. Now who doesnt want that in a property manager when hunting for a place to call home.

Leanne is very helpful with what everything required when looking for a suitable place to rent, she supported the whole start and finish procedure and im also extremely greatful for the immediate help to relocate. Leanne is thorough in keeping an open communication line at all times wich was highly sought at times.

Our experience, in 8 months of being with Oxygen, has been fantastic smooth sailing and im/were both very greatful to be part of the Oxy hastings fams..

Thanks again Leanne
Cheers

Recently my family needed the help of a property manager and we were so blessed to have Leanne Phillips from Oxygen, recommended to us. What an amazing lady. Leanne is a gift to a landlord. She is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, pays attention to detail, reliable, respectful and so quick to respond to a message. She is so well organised and really cares for both landlord and tenant. Leanne knows how to listen and is very easy to work with. I could go on, but in short, Leanne is a 'gift' to both landlords and tenants alike so we thank her from the bottom of our hearts for being available to help us.

Leanne is our Property Manager and she is awesome. She keeps you informed on what is happening with your property and always lets you know when there are any maintenance issues that you need dealing with and she helps you sort them out quickly and with no hassle. She is so easy to talk to and she understands your needs and what you need as a landlord as well as making sure that the tenants are happy as well. I am so happy that Leanne is looking after my property and I know that it is being looked after as if it was her own. Thanks Leanne, keep up the excellent work.

The agent I dealt with Katy Te Whaiti .
Katy kept me informed, was very pleasant and professional, followed up when i made enquiries and has made the transition to my rental home a positive experience.

I recently moved out of the region for 6 months and have just come back to Hawkes Bay. The stars aligned for me as my previous rental became available again and I get to have Leanne Phillips back as my property manager and I could not be happier! She cares just as much about the owners as she does her tenants which shows how much of a genuine person she is. Lovely lady, great banter, and a kind heart. What more could I ask for :-)
