They completely misrepresented the color of a cardigan I purchased. It’s supposed to be off white but it’s yellow! I sent photos to the company and they said they stand by their photos. All I was asking was for them to waive the $10 return shipping and they refused. What a cheap and disrespectful way to treat your customers
I saw pictures of a skirt on OZMA and knew that I needed it. The material -- poplin is my favorite!, the color, the length, I needed it! But this is a new company advertising on Instagram so of COURSE I was scared that it might be one of the many scams on insta. I'm here to say this is not a scam. The skirt is everything I wanted AND there are three buttons so it's adjustable.
It's a little bit expensive but when you find the perfect skirt, what are you going to do?
I love that the company is in California, my home state. Shipping is super fast and there's nothing sus about them at all. I watch the site now to see if something else that is PERFECT shows up, because this skirt is like heaven.
A beautiful ethical brand, with stunning, versatile and lasting clothes to wear everyday. And Customer Service is first-class. I highly recommend Ozma of California !!
