Более месяца не могу получить возврат денежных средств от Ozon. Заказ был отменен, статус возврата в приложении — «Успешно», но деньги на карту так и не поступили. По требованию Ozon я предоставила официальную выписку из банка, подтверждающую отсутствие поступления средств. Несмотря на это, уже больше месяца получаю только шаблонные ответы о том, что обращение рассматривается. Конкретных сроков и решения мне не предоставляют. Очень разочарована таким отношением к клиентам. Если представители Озона читатают эти отзывы, отзовитесь, до вас невозможно достучаться!!!

Total scam. Ordered $62.03 worth of Carhartt T-shirts and they were never delivered. Fake tracking link always said en-route. Suddenly it said delivered (several days ago). NOTHING RECEIVED.

There is no way to contact them. Bot and email are not helpful. Phone number, no reply. I put the money and can’t use it due to some technical reason that they decided to set my account to. And there is no way to get to fix it. Sounds like scam.

After purchasing various products, I received the products in a few days via cash on delivery and paid with a debit card.
It was found that one of the products, specifically the keyboard, was defective, apparently due to a manufacturing defect.
I requested a refund, which although they accepted, they do not intend to refund the purchase money, but only to try to repair it and send it to me again.
I am now in the process of disputing the transaction with the bank in order to have the amount refunded.
BEWARE, all that glitters is not GOLD.
Finally got the money back on 2026-05-21 after much pressure.

Just like clockwork. So predictable, you jump on here, you speal, a bunch of crap and garbage, none of it truthful. I talked to your support 3 times I talked to you guys through emails. And yet, you still, and at the same distance scam, I was a black tier player. I'm done. I've left like so many others and anything you write here is just a lie. Why bother? You watch specifics. I deposited two hundred dollars.I wagered over three $1000 on a game that registers and on another game that registers and my percentage of playthrough 5%.
So, if you do the math, I need to spend $60000 to be able to clear that playthrough. And I have to March 3rd to do it. What do you think we're idiots? Do you think we're that stupid? You're bleeding, we know it. We've watched people leave for years and hung on hoping it would get better.And now it's the worst it could ever be.And you lie even more than bo dog did its garbage.Your scams, you just want your deposits like the other guy said where you ripped em off for a hundred and eight thousand dollars blah, blah, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah there's no need to reply. Ozon — доминирующий сайт в России, но он откровенно обманывает пользователей! Они рекламируют возможность вернуть технику в течение 14 дней, но на деле отказали мне всего через 1 час после получения товара! Причина — я открыл упаковку! Такое условие нигде не указано в их правилах и уже неоднократно отклонено российской судебной практикой! Они это знают, но продолжают вводить людей в заблуждение! Какой смысл в функции «возврат», если она действует только для нераспакованных товаров?! Абсурд и мошенничество!

I am absolutely outraged to see that Ozon.com sells toy models of the Shahed drone, the same weapon used to murder innocent Ukrainians. This is not a “toy” or a “collectible.” It is a symbol of terror and suffering. By selling these items, Ozon is effectively normalizing and profiting from real-world war crimes.
How can any company with even a shred of conscience do this? It’s beyond immoral, it’s grotesque. Every sale of such a product is a slap in the face to the victims and their families.
Ozon has crossed every ethical boundary imaginable. This is not business, it’s blood money disguised as commerce. I will never use this platform again and will make sure others know exactly what kind of company they’re supporting if they do.

I oldered from Ozon From Azerbaijan
I ordered a hair conditioner with a 65% discount (price 46 AZN, I paid 16 Azn something). When I received it, the box was opened, and the tube was only about 30% full — over 60% was missing.

I contacted support twice, waited 15 minutes for an operator, but the chat was closed without a solution. I also contacted the seller — no response.

I live in Azerbaijan and cannot return items. Perhaps the company takes advantage of customers from countries where returns are difficult.

I ask the company to investigate and refund my money. This conditioner is my favorite, and this situation has caused me emotional distress. I am very upset.

Lost delivery, if it had ever been sent in the first place, anyway they do not refund, not at all. Do not even try to order anything from here. A silly, bot-style support will peptalk you to death that they are kinda working hard and will let you know in 48, 96, you name it hours with the solution, that will never happen though. Finally this is not a unique case, thousands of people had the exactly same experience, google it.
