こんなことあるんでしょうか？
相手は楽天が遅いしか言わずUFJの設定又は問い合わせもしません。自分は全く悪くないとしか言いません
わざわざUFJで検索するとUFJには
即時振込サービスに登録しないと翌営業日になると書いてあります。伝えても（英語でも）全く確認しない

日本語も英語も通じません
会話する気無し。売り手なので強気です。
会話が終始一方的。機械と話している様です

楽天から振込後の二時間後に
試しにsports bet に入金したら五分以内に反映
口座振替も10分程で反映　mizuho
恐らくネットバンク化していないのでは

The other party only says that Rakuten is slow and does not set or inquire about UFJ. I can only say that I'm not bad at all
