P4 Solar レビュー

My installation was actually more of a modification to my existing solar PV and battery system which P4 Solar hadn't previously been involved in.
Although, if I understood correctly, it was not the sort of commission which P4 would undertake as a rule as they prefer to carry out complete supply and fix works I was treated as a valuable customer and everything from start to finish was carried out with courtesy and as promised.
I think it was less than a week from making the initial contact with them to having the initial survey carried out followed by the retrospective alterations to my systems a couple of weeks later.
Everyone turned up exactly as planned on the date and time previously agreed. The alterations were carried out very efficiently and the final handover was completed on the same day.
P4 kept me fully informed of appoinments with follow up reminders and confirmations by email, text and phone calls to ensure that I knew exactly what to expect and when.
Once the work was completed the follow up from P4 was superb checking that I was happy with everything and this was then followed up a few days later by all the relevant information about guarantees, completion certification and updates on my application to feed into the national grid.
I cannot praise the whole team enough for their conscientious approach to the job.
Considering that I had initially engaged another installer to look at the work and after 8 months nothing had happened the service from P4 was absolutely first rate. I think it was less than 8 weeks from initial contact to completion and I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work that I received.
Many thanks to the whole team.

Very good service, efficient, considerate and knowledgeable
Everything from first contact to commission was very well managed and communicated
System works perfectly
Team went out of their way to be especially helpful

P4 installed our solar panels and batteries. We have been delighted with every aspect of the project from the initial survey through to the installation and aftersale support everything has been spot on. I would happily use them again and they come very highly recommended.

Professional, customer friendly company, fully satisfied with the team and work done.

This comany are exceptional. I decided to have solar panels fitted and first dealt with Fred - an excellent leader of the team. The details about the panels being fitted etc. were exceptional and the price was excellent. I didn't go for another quote, I was already impressed. Yesterday the panels were fitted. All 4 members of the team involved in fitting the panels and the electrics were exceptional and extremely professional and friendly. I have also had two occasions to speak to the support staff at the office, who have also been exceptional. I have not come across a more organised, professional and exceptional company as P4Solar for a long time. Many companies that I deal with regularly could learn much from the way this company operates. Thank you to the company.

Was advised by a friend to speak to P4 about solar, I had originally looked at Octopus but there was no real discussion and it was very this is the path you will take. Fred at P4 was brilliant, discussing options and even advising me that the spec I had gone for would be too much, but still supporting when I explained my rational. The initial visit by Jackson was very professional and again discussed my needs giving me chance to make any changes. The initial Solar install completed by the team (Dylan, Rhys and Jackson) and was completed quickly and professionally, with a good handover completed. The electrics were installed a few days later (by JAM) and this was again completed professionally and to a high standard, all the wiring in conduits and neatly placed. Again a handover was completed everything explained including the apps. Everyone I have spoken to or dealt with has been brilliant and a credit to the company. have advised friends who are looking to speak to P4.

I would gladly recommend P4 Solar. I enquired in Jan '26 about installing solar panels on my terraced house. A swift reply with preliminary discussion. A site visit, then a thorough proposal/report was sent to me with the full specification, complete pricing and a financial projection. All very professional and no hard-selling at all; just helpful answers to questions. I decided to proceed and the team at P4 booked in a date for measuring, arranged scaffolding and then on the day of installation everything was up and running by close of business. The whole process had taken just 3 months from my initial enquiry. The 'handover' was smooth and they made sure I had the mobile app functioning and knew what everything meant. They have also assisted with the certification that is required to start getting paid to export to the grid, which takes a few weeks.
Summary : professional, polite, no pressure, worked around any unforeseen problems, have been just as responsive after the completion as they were when we were prospective customers. P4 have delivered the product and service as promised in a timely manner at the agreed price.

Great communication throughout the process from initial quotation to sign off.To coin a well worn phrase “does what it says on the tin”.Its early days but everything is going well.

Right from start to finish the company was extremely professional and did an excellent job.

Excellent company!
Chose this company based on the reviews, as the price was just as low as other companies, the positive reviews/ reputation and honest advice with knowledge and relaxed sales were what held them apart.
The reviews were spot on, very happy with my install and the team and the communication between the company and myself.

So after speaking to other solar companies I was reccomended P4 and cannot stress enough how easy it was to deal with them, So started with the first phone call to Oli, who was knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for, I discussed the other quotes I had recieved from other companies which he questioned! Which ended up saving me money. He quoted me over the one and checked our address and details to check the roof spaces, He
then sent out the team to do a survey to clarify he had quoted correctly. (He had) We where very happy with the quote and information given and booked installation! On installation the fitters where brilliant, Jackson, Dylan and the team worked quickly and got it done in a day! The electrical worked was signed off and the App used was explained! I even had further support from Justin in the office who gave me more information about the app! I would highly reccomend P4 & their team as the service I have received has been second to non! When you are investing in something like solar the service needs to be there and it was! Well done guys!!

My husband mainly dealt with the negotiations of the solar package. On the day of the installation, I was on 'making brews' duty for the lads working. Jackson, Dylan and Harry (electrician) sorry have missed a couple off! But what a superb team, professional, respectful and really excellent guys. The job is so clean and tidy and the after sales side of things has been just as good. I cannot recommend them highly enough. There is so much competition out there now in this field, it's very reasurring to work with a company that really cares and have got a group of fantastic installers, who share those values. Thank you all.

Very helpful team did the installation with minimum hassle.

P4S are just outstanding!
The lengths Justin has gone, to correct a mistake made by a EV charger installation (and the addition of a new broadband router) was just outstanding. He’s sorted out what no one else could.
To say a it’s a great after installation service is under selling the P4S team’s commitment, expertise and service to their customers- even years later.
I live on my own and have a disability- so to know that experts like Justin, who are experienced , proactive and also act with kindness and integrity is particularly welcome. Nothing is too much trouble.
I cannot rate P4S highly enough- just outstanding!

When obtaining quotes for pricing and recommendations of a suitable solar and battery system for our bungalow P4Solar were the outstanding option in both regards.
No hard sell - from survey they confirmed a bespoke system as most suitable and explained why in a detailed report.
The fitting team were efficient, polite and friendly and the whole process ran smoothly - a small issue with one of the batteries was resolved quickly.
The controlling app is straightforward and easy to use. P4 Solar admin are very helpful and advised they will set up Octopus export tariffs on the app if needs be.
The system is now providing us with free electricity on every day since being fitted ( apart from standing charge) and I would recommend anyone considering solar panels and or batteries to contact P4 Solar for a quote.

Excellent, timely service from P4 Solar when the replaced the old inverter recently !👍

Great experience with P4. Fred Maddocks, the Operational Director of P4, is particularly worth praise, who has exceptionally strong knowledge on optimising solar and battery systems that deliver performance and financial returns. The P4 installation team is brilliant, too. They finished a rather comprehensive system (3 arrays on 3 roofs) within one day. Such efficient.

P4Solar were fantastic the whole way through, from answering a lot of questions and helping me plan our system, to quick and informative installation, to finally accommodating some variance in payments. Highly recommend.

I had solar, batteries, inverter and an EV charger installed by P4 Solar and the experience was fantastic. Everything was installed in 1 day and the scaffolding was up for less than 48 hours so we were back to normal again in no time. The team of installers were amazing, no fuss, no issues, just got on with everything. My EV charger is away from the house which was a more complex run and other companies either would not do it or added a lot more money on the quote but this wasn't a problem at all for P4 and they ran it under my garden without any issue, you'd never even know there was a cable run it is hidden completely.

I'm really happy with the Hanchu system they installed and everything is working exactly as it was described to me in the initial meeting with Fred. There was an issue with stock prior to the install but they were able to get a favourable deal on an alternative for me which I really appreciated. I think P4 went above and beyond on the whole experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a solar system.

Just had solar panels and batteries fitted in Haworth.
From the consultation to the workmen who fitted the panels they all did a fantastic job. I am 100% happy with the installation and would highly recommend. Alan Wood
