I had a meeting with Bryan today and found it immensely helpful. He was patient, attentive, and came up with some excellent ideas. I truly appreciated the time he took to guide me through everything and to address all my questions thoroughly. I very much look forward to our next meeting, where we can continue to optimise the Pabau service even further.

I’ve been using Pabau for my phlebotomy business and the support has been excellent throughout. The customer service team are responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve any issues. The webchat is a great feature — problems are picked up and followed through with clear communication and good follow-up.

My business doesn’t fit neatly into the typical way their system is set up, but the team have worked with me to create practical workarounds that keep things running smoothly. They’ve been supportive not only during the initial setup but also as my service has grown and I’ve added new offerings.

From a compliance point of view, Pabau is strong. The system includes lots of ready-made forms and processes that make it easier to stay organised and inspection-ready.

The only area for improvement would be adding more features tailored for mobile services. That said, the workarounds provided have been effective and I appreciate how open the team have been to feedback.

Overall, I’d recommend Pabau to any healthcare or wellness business looking for a solid, supportive system with a strong customer service team behind it.

Tracking where leads come from and conversion rates by source has transformed our marketing spend. It is the first system we've used that gives us that level of reporting natively. Very impressed so far!

I use classes for my wellness sessions and right now it's been a bit of manual work. I'm glad to hear that it's coming soon!

I am not a techno phobe but some of the IT can be daunting. The team at Pabau have been approachable and helpful throughout the process. I am extremely happy with he service so far.

We've been running memberships for a little while using a purpose-built platform, but the fragmented workflow was always an issue. After some research we decided to go with Pabau for our all-in-one clinic system. It's a great platform, but their memberships feature was only launched a few weeks and has still room for improvements. That said, I can see that development is very responsive so hopefully these minor issues will be fixed soon. Support by the way has been exceptional!

Very informative and supportive. All of the functions are explained in depth, and the system seems very easy to use. Staff are very welcoming and supportive.

The transition from my old system to Pabau has been very organised and streamlined. The team have taken on all the tedious tasks of data entry etc making the process stress free. Ongoing support has been great and the system itself has enabled less admin time so far. Would recommend for any other clinic owners.

The platform is great overall but still has some glitches that need to be fixed.

As a start up clinic, Pabau on-boarding has been a pleasant experience. The team is knowledgeable and dives right in to your back office processes with great suggestions when you need a digitized or simple solution. The software is agile and can achieve just about any scenario you can think of. I will rate the experience a 10 of 10
