Amazing system, amazing team amazing results
All payments are taken online
As a team we can see and access each others diaries
All forms are electronic
Inventory to keep an eye on stock level
Personalise the web page to make it according to branding
There is soo much we can do with it, and a lot to take in initially but i know all the tools they have available will be useful to the business and its growth

The onboarding and finance teams are extremely helpful. Special thanx to Georgina for all her support.
The only thing that upset me is that Pabau didn't live upto their promise of not charging any further till I reach the minimum agreed number of patients, and they started charging me a monthly fee on top of the upfront payment for the package.

Working with the Pabau team has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. As a business owner, having the right support during setup and integration is crucial, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team.
I had regular meetings with Eve, my Success Specialist, who was incredible throughout. She guided me step-by-step through setting up the booking system, ensuring it was not only functional but also visually appealing and accessible for clients. Her dedication and attention to detail made a real difference.
Zoki, the Data Operations Specialist, was fantastic in integrating my services and medical forms seamlessly into the platform. Everything works efficiently and is customised to the specific needs of my clinic.

Deposit system (almost) eliminated no shows
Requiring deposits for certain treatments has basically eliminated no-shows. The automated deposit handling makes it painless for staff and clients

I’ve been using Pabau for around 6years and I am really happy with it. Every time I have any issue, Pabau staff are always ready to help . Especially Georgina K that has been helping me for several days till now and helped me update lots of things and solve many issues.

I've been using pabau since the inception of my clinic. They've been good overall and I've had a positive experience generally. I've worked with a fair few platforms, including phorest and FACES and have found pabau to be much better. They've updated their platform along the way for the better, however occasionally there have been some challenges which customer service have always corrected for me. Martin especially has been very helpful! Would recommend if you're just starting out in aesthetics!
