The support team at Pabau works diligently to resolve any issues that come up or questions we may have. We’ve been very impressed with their accessibility and customer service - which makes us proud to be with Pabau. They’re well on their way to being the premier choice for cloud based patient care software that thinks about both provider and patient/client experiences.

We’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Georgina lately going over the running of our clinic's Pabau account, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of her support. From the start, she has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we get the most out of the system.

We've had several 1:1 Zoom calls where she's walked us through the platform with patience and clarity, always tailoring the sessions to our specific needs and goals. Nothing has felt too much trouble, she’s answered every question thoroughly and made what could have been a complex process feel straightforward and even enjoyable.

Thanks to her guidance, I feel confident navigating Pabau and are already seeing how the system is better streamlining our operations. Georgina is a real asset to the Pabau team!

Martin has been very patient and through throughout our meetings. Always polite and can help or assist with any issues I had. My Pabau is now set up and perfectly adhered to how I wanted it to look and run.

I am very happy with my experience with Pabau so far. They have been very helpful with issues that my workplace has been experiencing such as emails being sent to clients from a ‘no reply’ email address rather than our business email address leading to our emails ending up in client’s junk/spam folders.
Overall the system works efficiently.
