Great all in one

Pabau is a great software with everything in one place for booking clients, keeping their clinical information and also being able to send out newsletters, marketing etc.

Improved with Time and Support – A Mixed but Growing Experience

I've been using Pabau in my lifestyle medicine clinic for over a year. While it offers a comprehensive set of features for managing bookings, services, and patient interactions, my initial experience was less than ideal. The setup process was not well explained, and early support was limited. I also found the payment deductions unclear, which led to some confusion.

That said, my experience improved significantly after two sessions with Georgina, who provided clear, practical guidance. She helped optimise key areas such as the booking page, services, payments, and overall layout, making the system far more user-friendly and aligned with my practice needs.

I'm now finding the platform much easier to use and more valuable for day-to-day operations.

I’ve just had my second session of…

I’ve just had my second session of bikin & under arm laser and omgg am I shocked with the result already or what. My therapist Pariya is an absolute star! Highly recommend her. Her technique, professionalism and care is 10/10! She makes me feel very comfortable at stages where i feel uncomfortable and very helpful.

Amazing staff members!!

I’ve been coming to Este every week for the past 7 months. Every week I’ve been in the reception to check in for my appointment or book an appointment for my next session, and Dhruvi and her colleagues have always been amazing.

Dhruvi has always been kind, hospitable and has built a rapport with her clients. Because of Dhruvi, my experience here at Este has been very positive.

Every staff member here is amazing, they all work professionally and are kind! Thank you for your kind service, Dhruvi!!

The Pabau 2.0 upgrade

When Pabau upgraded to the new system we were rather nervous. Eddie R at Pabau has been our hero!! He has patiently taken the time to explain the new system, the changes and upgrades and has helped us to tailor the system to our clinic so that it mirrors the bespoke service we provide our patients. Eddie has helped us not only to navigate and set up but also has been an invaluable source of knowledge to up-skill our team!! Thank you Eddie for all your help with Pabau 2.0!!

3 consecutive days of server issues

In the last week there have been 3 days where Pabau has been down due to server issues making it difficult to work and run any kinda of clinic - this is happening regularly and oh they are charging a sneaky percentage for online bookings

We currently have one of the best uptimes in the industry at over 99.98% - (8500 hrs of uptime for 30mins of downtime) - on the occasions that are clearly listed on our status page where we had some system slowness the app was unaffected: I would suggest downloading it via the following link: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/pabau-go/id1057335634

what an absolute disaster

what an absolute disaster. Every day there is an issue and half of the staff don't seem to know what to do to fix it. Fed up with standard responses that go nowhere.

Don't waste your money

We used to love pabau classic. We were recently forced to move over to Pabau 2 and what can I say, since being on it for only one week, we have had 2 full days of not being able to use the system due to glitches and server breakdowns. They then emailed out a price increase of 7.4% (whilst the system was still down!) But if we pay the year upfront, we get a discount? Seems to me they have run out of money and are trying to create funds to pay for all the errors the system has. When it works its good, but don't commit to pabau as it is not reliable enough for businesses. It doesn't look good to customers when you are always saying to them, sorry our system is down, AGAIN

Hi Em, we would appreciate the chance to have a conversation directly with you rather than you needing to come on trustpilot - as we would be able to have a proper discussion and alivate your concerns.

There has been one incident in Pabau 2 today which caused slow speeds for around 4 hours - we do not hide from this and this, with all the updates have been published on our status page for transparency - https://pabau.instatus.com/ - our uptime stats are in general extremely strong if you zoom out.

With our price increase, it only effects those not on a contract, the email that was sent allows for clients to actually save up to 27.4%, and we have explained clearly in the email how to make those savings.

Negative reviews are likely to put potential clients off without them having the full context, paradoxically resulting in less money for us to invest in our support teams and therefore genuinely making your experience in the future not as good as it could be - we would have really liked the opportunity and still would like a chance to discuss any concerns you have - please reach out to mario@pabau.com with the reference TRUSTEM who will be happy to have a meeting.

Needs Improvement!

Think carefully before switching. We have been using Pabau for over 3yrs, recently had to migrate to Pabau 2.0 and there is a never ending stream of glitches and outages! It seems like the system is not fully ready to be deployed and we are paying for the privilege for them to fix things as they go along. Pabau 2.0 is quite frustrating to use. This is not due to “optimisation” as suggested but rather system flaws. The good things: the team are nice people, and they respond promptly, even if it’s just an apology. Nonetheless, this only goes so far.
