I've been using PAB for a number of weeks now and I cannot praise them highly enough.

I was recently supported by Simona Hodor, who stepped into what was initially an emotionally chardged situation. Simona was professional, calm and incredibly personable throughout. She built rapport instantly and thanks to her, everyone left the meeting feeling reassuredm respected and with a clear understanding of everything that needed to be communicated.

Since 2022, I have been working for PAB Language Centre as a freelance English into Arabic translator and reviewer. As a translator, I have been working with the PAB agency for several years now and I can say that there have been no misunderstandings in my practice, the team is very polite and efficient. It is a pleasure to work with them.

This company is offering interpreters McDonald's pay rates. No professional interpreter would work for that. Those who agree to work for their rates are not professional interpreters and their interpreting quality is not guaranteed.

PM team doesn't study well about their expectations. No prompt communication.
Even after reassignment of job, they do not let you know till one day. And then they do not pay or update you anything later even after many prompts.
And then after a lot of struggle they get back with expected payment.
