Hi Donna, thanks for your kind review. Glad to hear you found our website easy to navigate. Regarding the freight prices, these are calculated at the checkout when you enter your shipping details. This allows you to see the shipping amount prior to completing your order. Orders are only completed once you click on "pay now". You also have options to "pick up" from one of our warehouses if you do not want shipping.

Very disappointing - Quick response.
My order was a simple, single item order. When my package of 1 bag with frame arrived it only came with 6 parts. 4 x short 2 x long. I need another 2 x long sent asap. To put together the frame. Very disappointing.
Pacific packaging quickly responded to my complaint and next day I received the two legs that were missing. Very impressed and thank you for the quick resolve. Very much appreciated.

1 in every 20 bags damaged with holes
I have purchased twice now and each time, 1 out of every 20 bags is damaged and unuseable. I have photos to prove. Very frustrating. Speed of delivery and customer service is great.
