Im very disappointed, for Tesamorlin a substance that does not have a long shelf life, the delivery trough USPS was terrible, they leave the package at a mailbox in 89 degree weather. The substance that I've purchased from other providers looks like powder these look like rocks in a jar instead of powder. Processing an order after purchase should not take 7 days after purchase and then 5 days to ship. Other providers take 3 days after purchase this includes the delivery by UPS straight to your doorstep, I will no longer purchase from you as i believe my shipment is damaged, you may be cheaper but its not worth it if my purchases are damaged and the shelf life is diminished or worse unsuable.

The payment process went fine (ignore the scam warning). I got an email saying it had been received. The shipment arrived within a week.

My items never arrived today like they were supposed to. I’m not getting any updates on the tracking status. I’m a little discouraged from ordering from here again considering the time it takes to get the product

This company is very unreliable and dishonest. I placed an order and received a vial with no labels, leaving me to guess its contents. I have contacted them multiple times via email, sent photos, and submitted a support ticket, but have received no response. You may consider claiming a refund through CashApp, but you won't get anywhere; the app itself gives a warning before completing the payment. Despite attempting to extend trust despite the online reviews, I was ultimately extremely disappointed with their service. SCAM.

I’ve been very happy with your company until now. Your customer service is absolutely terrible. There is no phone number to reach out after receiving NO response to multiple
emails and messages on the contact page. I placed an order and paid for two items and only received one.

Never able to accomplish my order because the app for paying didn't work for me. I emailed 3 times the costumers service which never get back to me. Too bad
