Good product at a fair price; arrives on time of earlier than expected.

I ordered the wrong item. recognized it directly after paying for it. Emailed you twice. No contact back and you have no phone number. I paid for an item id love to return but I have no way of contacting you. So frustrating, I have it in the fridge unopened just in case you contact me. Otherwise I have loved your company.

Ordered several times, good product.

I bought 10 vials a while back and had a very nice hard plastic container that they were nicely in. This time I get them all in a bag. Not OK with me. I spent over $2000 on this and I want it in a very neat orderly package like I got it the first time. Whatever this was this last time will prevent me from buying from you ever again because I do have other options. I would appreciate a response to this.

Product was easy to order and delivery on time

Products are good. Need to update the COAs. The payment method must be better than CashApp or at least provide an alternative. Pricing is the best. Shipping is good. Best part is you were recommended by Anela.

FRAUD - DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I paid a $1000 for my order placed on 5/20/2025 and still no shipment has been received. Lisa committed to shipping first of July after following up on multiple occasion and still nothing. Very disappointed.

I placed my first order and all was well. Quality product and fast shipping. Second order they shorted me half of my product. I immediately emailed and have emailed every day since and they will not respond back to me. Of course there is no contact phone number for them. I think it is a scam. I emailed customer service and the sales/order contact.

I purchased a product through their website more than 18 days ago. I haven't received any payment receipt, and they haven't responded to my emails. I think I fell for a scam. If I receive the product, I'll come back here to let you guys know.

Great experience. No issues

I ordered the product two weeks ago, had to wait a week for the Pay app to work and I still do not have my shipment. Two weeks at least

Was referred to this company by what felt like a trustworthy source. Completed my order on 3/27/25. Item was “shipped” 3/29/25 with an ETA of 4/2/25. As of writing this it’s 4/16/25 and I still have not received my items. I reached out to CS on 4/8/25 to inquire what happened. “Lisa” told me on 4/9/25 that sometimes their shipments are sent via cargo ship instead of Air delivery, even though I paid roughly $10 for 5 day shipping and I was informed the delay could be 1 full week from 4/9/25. I sent a follow up email asking if any additional information has been sent to them regarding my package on Monday 4/14/25.

Your experience may differ from this as all the reviews I read before placing my order were positive and even mentioned the slow shipping. I expected a few days but the delays are wild. If the product does ever show up, I will update this review until then this has been my experience when dealing with Pacific Wave.

Update: received 4/23 almost a month post payment. Updated review total to 4/5 the -1 was due to my negative shipping experience. Products are actually better than expected and seem to be producing great research results. Will update with final review after research has concluded.
