Great selection of new things to try across a broad spectrum of price points. Sorted out minor delivery hiccup very efficiently. I will be using their service regularly.

Very Good Indeed
Very Good - they only sell wines that are good. that in itself is a great reason to use PW - not to mention the rather simple but very good named date delivery.

First class customer service
Easy to use website. Prompt well packaged delivery. Great selection of Californian wines not always available else where in the UK. We had a slight issue with one bottle in our case. I contacted Pacific wines by e mail and a replacement bottle arrived the next day. It is not possible to have much better customer service.
My experience so far of using this company has been first class and I will be ordering again very soon

Beware starting a subscription. Pacific wines take money after deliveries cancelled
I cancelled my order but Pacific Wines keep taking my money. Company is not responsive to emails and has no phone contact number. Very frustrating and they now owe me c.£250

1st time used the website
1st time used the website - We ordered x6 bottles of wine and paid for 6 - only 5 bottles arrived - there is no method of calling in person to explain - so I emailed immediately but so far have had no response - dr John Brennan

DAMAGED on delivery.
My premium californian syrah which was intended for the cellar arrived damaged. The Director of Pacific Wines Graham Gilbert made very little attempt to rectify the situation playing hard ball. This was to be my first of many wines from this company. Never again. I expect the Director to be rolling his eyes at this review and not giving too much notice of it. His emails were disappointing. As he said to me "I now consider this closed".

As you are aware we offered you the opportunity to return the bottle for a full refund or exchange plus a £10 goodwill voucher. This offer remains on the table.
