Placed order on the 22nd December

Placed order on the 22nd December, had no communication with regards to delivery. I had to contact them today 2nd Jan and was told they had been let down twice by their driver and it will be delivered on the 3rd Jan. It would have been nice to have a courtesy email and be updated. Paid £9.99 shipping as well.

I wasnt sure exactly how the packaging…

I wasnt sure exactly how the packaging I was viewing would fold around my A4 print so I contacted the company with my query.my call was transferred quickly and efficiently and I spoke to Marc who explained and then sent me a video showing exactly how to use the packaging. I ordered and the parcel was sent quickly. There was a problem with the way my pacjage got delivered due to the carelessness of the courier however when I spoke to Marc and sent a pic of the water damaged goods he replaced the whole order promptly then checked I had received it. Superb service
