Terrible! SCAM! They have been taking £6 monthly from my 15 year-old daughters account for ‘exclusive access’ to their website! No product subscription just a monthly charge to view ‘exclusive’ deals apparently. My daughter did not sign up to this. Despite them insisting they sent her emails, they do not appear in her inbox so no authorisation was made. Bank have now disputed it. Please avoid this company. Very poor service to defraud a child!

Successfully cancelled membership I never maid. And have submitted refund - money which was taken without my agreement. Support agent Samuel was quick and helpful putting everything back to normal.

Ho ordinato due giubbini da 9.99, ho inserito i dati della mia carta, in fondo usciva già una casella selezionata per abbonarsi che ho disattivato prima di procedere. Finito ciò SENZA LA MIA AUTORIZZAZIONE MI ATTIVANO QUESTO ABBONAMENTO, quindi ho chiesto il rimborso per l'abbonamento, ma a quanto pare dovrei fare delle cose per loro tipo recensire bene per avere la disattivazione praticamente un ricatto bello è buono
