Positive First Experience with Packlic

The Packlic team worked closely with us on customizing both the design and pricing of our boxes. Amanda, our main point of contact, was excellent about responding promptly and clearly communicating details throughout the process. This was our first time ordering boxes from Packlic, and overall it was a very positive experience. The quality of the boxes was excellent.

The team initially quoted a 50 day turnaround time. While the final delivery was closer to 80 days, the additional time was largely due to the war and extended U.S. Customs inspections, which likely accounted for the extra 30 days.
