Easy to use, exactly what i wanted, came timely!

The online design features made it easy to bring my imagination to reality and the review team made sure that the image quality fit the sizes I requested. The process was very easy and the team was more than helpful

The representative was very good. I found a 30% off promo code on dealdrop.com for August 2025 and emailed it to her. She said it would be honored after I placed the order which I did. She then asked her supervisor who said it could not be honored when eight other people used it within the last three hours. They gave me a 10% discount- unacceptable. This was the first and last time you will get my business. .

I ordered circular stickers that have a circle design.
Pretty self-explanatory that the design should be centered within the edge of the sticker.
Nope. Off by a large margin.

After messaging Packola multiple times, they reviewed the pictures I sent and denied my claim, stating they fall within the industry standard of a 1/16" tolerance.

These are off by more than that, but hey... I hope your profit was worth the cost of this negative review.

They take forever to actually get stuff to you if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg.

Be careful if you order again and say you need to upload new artwork. They will attach your old artwork without asking you and claim you uploaded it. All this happens automatically and then they place the order without you being able to do anything.

Your company was referred to us by our brand agency. This alone gives you high praise. We needed a custom-branded package that features images and messaging on every panel. The big reveal was inside the package.

Initially, I was concerned about the quality and texture of the corrugated cardboard. Once the design was approved and the product delivered, we remain thrilled with the decision to use Packola. The packaging is lightweight and designed to be extremely sturdy and functional. The colors are on brand, the images are clear and the overall process from design to shipping were streamlined and impressive.

I would stay away from this company at all costs! There are plenty of other genuine company's around that do the same work. Packola does not care if you are a first time buyer, they will not work with you. I placed an order that amounted to roughly 1k dollars for some custom tissue paper. When I received the first proof, I did not approve it since I needed to update the art work. Per customer service there is a fine print that states, any order that isn't approved within three business days will automatically go into production. That is bad practice! Keep in mind I reached out within the time frame to just get told it was to late. They weren't even trying to work with me at all. I cant even use these at all as they have the old art file that is no good, but they do not care. Goes to show they do this a lot with customers. SO BE WARE!

Brandy provided exceptional customer services. She assisted me beyond the call of duty. She was very responsive and stayed with me until I reached satisfaction. Great product and excellent customer service!

I like the packaging but as an entrepreneur that ships packages, I can tell that the shipping prices are completely marked up for no reason. The boxes that the packaging comes in isn’t that heavy and the shipping isn’t even that fast for the price you’re charging.

The agent that helped me today was Aleda. She was very helpful and assisted me very fast. I will continue to do business with Pacola because of her help.

Checked in with me for each proof, and followed my instructions. Quickly sent me updates, and when I called to give notes on the proof, they got my order perfect the very next time.

Used the design feature on the website and it was very easy. However, I wanted the colors reversed with a design I had, so I emailed them and very quickly they modified my design (within a day). When ordered I got an update on deliver time, and in the end the product arrived a week early. The product was as advertised and as expected. Overall great experience.
