My elderly Father loved his gift
My elderly Father loved his gift, I chose the fruit tray, the vege tray and some other sundry grocery items that I knew were favourites of his. It was good to pick out items he actually would like plus he said the fruit and veges were top quality produce and so much of them it would last him a long time. Very pleased and will reorder from them again.

I ordered the Glasshouse Velvet Rhapsody Soy Candle 380g - Water Lily & Yuzu for my mother - from the time I placed the order to the delivery ai received updates on the status of the shipping. I was impressed with the service. Great communication from start to finish.
The wrapped gift arrived much to the delight of my mother who declared it beautiful.
Very happy to recommend to Paddock to Pantry.

Order and delivery instructions…
Order and delivery instructions followed to the letter! Driver called the Recipient before delivery giving time for them to open their door - surgery meant mobility challenges.
Recipient loved the fruit basket which is helping their health recovery.

Unfortunately I was not happy with…
Unfortunately I was not happy with Paddoc2pantry. I ordered veggie box for up to 4people. Produce was fresh, but in my opinion it was not enough veggies for family of four. I consider it an expensive purchase comparing to what was included in the box. I also send an email with my concerns to Paddoc2pantry with no reply back.

Our Fruit, Vege, and Fruit & Vege boxes are individually priced each time we make one, so depending on market prices at the time, each box will be different with each order. We also hand pick each item to ensure quality is the best. We apologise that the quantity provided was below expectation.

I ordered a gluten free gift basket for a work colleague who was very surprised and excited when he received it . The gift basket was delivered exactly on the day I asked when ordering. The quick communication on email from staff was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Paddock to Pantry for sending that something special.
