I bought a pair of pamu slide earbuds about 2 years ago from the Indiegogo campaign. Throughout that time, they have been my go-to earbuds when traveling or when jogging. I had never heard of this brand before I bought them, but the quality is great, the sound is fantastic and they outperform much more expensive earbuds. They stay securely in my ears when I'm running, and the battery life is incredible. Really, I don't need to charge them for a few weeks of use. They pack a huge amount of tech into that product for a price which is, quite frankly, amazing. I did have an issue with them a few weeks ago and I found their tech support to be very helpful and help me to resolve the issue. I have given this company five stars because I don't see what else they could do that is better.

As a proud owner of a Pamu Slide Mini, I make sure they are always in my pocket whenever I go out. I remember there was a time when a stranger walked up to me and ask what earphone brand I'm wearing.

I bought mine during their Kickstarter campaign, therefore the delivery took quite a while. I remember the first time I unboxed the product and immediately it gave me the premium feel that I had with some other expensive brands.

I like how the wireless earphone fits comfortably in my ears, and they won't even get loosen when I shake my head vigorously. Take note that both my ears have some odd shape, so not every earphone can be fitted.

For the sound, I would say they are above average and can be justifiable for the price that I have paid. However, I'm quite surprised their bass can be quite strong and suitable for those who like to listen to pop/dance songs.

What I don't like is the connection for the charging case which is not so stable, I always have to adjust a few times before they can be connected.

Battery life is ok for me, but it's hard to keep track of both earpieces since it will only have one indicator on my phone.

Overall, Padmate has proven that quality sound products don't have to cost you an arm or a leg.

webpage says no VAT, made order 28/07, confirmation mail at 01/08 so ok since It was weekend, the order flew from china to Vietnam and Japan before Italy.The order should have arrived 06/08 but It got daleayed,and still ok since It have to start from china BUT now it's blocked since customs fee(13€) are not payed(VAT) so i have to pay 22% of the Total price of the earpods for VAT by myself. Surely will never buy again from them.

I purchased the PaMu Quiet Mini.
Unfortunately I received a damaged device. One earbud had creaking sounds instead of music. PaMu (service) asked me to make a video showing the problem. Fortunately, the problem was clearly audible and PaMu sent me new headphones.
But...
The newly received headphones also had a issue, but quieter (constant crackling noise in one headphone).
PaMu asked me to make another video showing new problem. But the cracking sound was too quiet to record it by the phone. I gave up.

The headphones would sound OK, but the number of not working properly devices indicates poor manufacturing and lack of quality control.

The best sound experience I had with headphones was with Pamu headphones. I purchased the Pamu Quiet Mini and fell in love with their sound quality, design and noise cancellation. Simply perfect! I don't live without my headphones anymore ❤️

Got my earbuds a month back. Customer service very good with rapid shipping service in this pandemic. Had some doubt before buying but once you use these earbuds, clear all my doubts. Great sound experience, excellent noise cancellation. Rapid connectivity and durable battery autonomy. For this price, definitely worth it. Recommend for use.

A Padmate vem surpreendendo cada vez mais, os Pamus Slide mini e Quiet mini são realmente incríveis! Posso dizer com autoridade que foi a melhor compra que fiz.
O sistema ANC do slide mini se mostrou superior a muitos fones top de linha e seu audio então é muito imersivo, fora a opção de editar os comandos no Quiet mini pelo app.

Awful customer service. Got faulty earbuds and can’t resolve the issue for a month. Would never buy again

I got my Quiet Mini for about a week I guess, before commenting here.

To be honest, the price wise, it is reasonable (plus, it was with % discounted promo 😅). Build quality? Looks and feeling premium. Packaging? It is well packaged, for me personally. Features wise? As far as it has a very good sound, reliable and its bass mode rocks as expected, I am so happy with it! As of now, really hope my Quiet Mini to perform well throughout its warranty period given!

I only ever write reviews on here if the company I'm reviewing has either done well for me, or very badly. "padmate-tech.com" has done very well for me...! :0)

I've had 3 sets of Ear Buds from them now, 2 x Pamu Scroll's (1 for me & 1 for my son) and 1 x Pamu Slide. I just love them...!! :0)

I love the sound quality, especially for the size; the sound range is great and I'm more than happy with the bass (I love bass!). I love the battery life of the buds and especially that you can fully charge them up to 3 times in the case before the case needs charging. I love the design, the colour, the style and, most of all, the price (so far)...!!!

I forgot to mention; the Slide Buds have a really nice designed rubbed sheath that is great at keeping them in place in your ears...

All waffle aside, I really like my Pamu Ear Buds, and so far they're the only ones I've used that stand up to the test of time. I've bought new Pamu Buds purely because technology improves with time, and I will continue to do so. This is why I'm currently looking at their new range & I think I'm going for the new Nano Ear Buds, but I'm not decided yet... :0)

Padmate as a company, which is what this is about ultimately, are really easy to deal with. I had a technical question when I had my first set of Buds, nothing wrong, just a question about everyday functionality, and they responded really quickly, and after a couple of bat backs to each other, I had my query answered... :0)

My husband and i both purchased the PaMu Explore/PaMu Karaoke Headphone found these not fit for purpose the headband cover does not stay also the headband has broken in the exact same place on ever headset we both have even the replacement sets we got these are meant to be used outside with the headband with cushion cover keeps coming away and if you are wearing outside in the rain they are not waterproof and when water gets in to the headset they are no longer protected with the cover keeps falling away from the cushion on the headband and the with the headband keeps snapping in the exact same place making these not fit for purpose and a complete waste of money these are not designed to wear continually especially as the same two faults have happened in both me and my husbands headset and both replacements i would not recommend the PaMu Explore/PaMu Karaoke Headphone and i will no longer return to padmate for any of their products very disappointed in the PaMu Explore/PaMu Karaoke Headphone as they must be made with cheap material as the two faults that has happened to all four sets of the PaMu Explore/PaMu Karaoke Headphone the first ones and replacements

When someone pays for shipping he excepts tha package for max 2 weeks not 2 month,
If you need over a month it would be better not ask for this kind of amount for shipping

This company is horrible. I purchased the Pamu Slide earbuds and though they worked fine for a while, a couple minor drops of the earbuds and one of them simply stopped pairing. This was within a year of purchase, so I emailed them to let them know the device is now useless, and to inquire about a replacement under their 1 year warranty.

The woman (Ella) who responded to my email asked me to send a video demonstrating what happens when I attempt to pair the earbuds after removing them from the box. Bit of a challenge unless you have someone to hold the camera. I followed her instructions precisely, though I thought the request strange. Several days later (after sending a follow-up email due to lack of response), I get another email from the same woman. She's wanting me to send ANOTHER video - this time of something that makes no sense.

At this point by the way this is being handled, I'm over this company. I'll buy new earbuds from another more reputable brand.

If you're ok with throwing away your money, feel free to gamble with Pamu. There are so many other options out there, it's worth spending a bit more on a company that honors their policies and doesn't toy around with their (potentially) loyal customers.

I have Pamu Slide, Pamu Quiet and Pamu Scroll. All excellent and very good quality. I love Padmate products!

I bought a pair of Pamu Quiet Mini earbuds several months ago as I wanted some earbuds with noise cancelling. There were other noise cancelling earbuds around but nothing in my price range so when I saw the quiet mini early release special I jumped right in. Well, I have never regretted getting them, they not only sound great but they are so comfortable to wear,
The noise cancelling is brilliant, when out doing exercise walking it cuts out the traffic noise wonderfully. So I would recommend Padmate, for me, they are high quality without being overpriced.
