The level of service and support we received from the whole team at Page and Wells Larkfield, but particularly Phil and Be, has been outstanding from the outset. We have just completed a very lengthy and difficult sale and both Phil and Be have navigated us through every hurdle, going above and beyond to mitigate the shortcomings of other parties in the chain. Communication was excellent throughout, so we always knew what was happening and what our choices were. What made them really stand out when we were choosing an agent was that they genuinely understood what the move meant to us as a family and worked tirelessly to help us realise our dream.

Be at Page and Wells, Larkfield was exceptional from start to finish and helped us hit a very tricky deadline after nearly a year of let down from another agent.

Be was helpful and informed throughout, she took control of the situation and we were never in any doubt that our sale (and entire move) was in safe hands. Her communication was second to none, not just to us, but throughout the chain.

Be was away as we were getting towards exchange but left us in the very safe hands of Phil who was also incredibly communicative and supportive.

Throughout the whole process we always felt that we were their priority, and that they genuinely cared about us and our move.

I could not recommend them enough. Estate agents get a bad name, but that wouldn't be the case if they were all like the team at Page and Wells in Larkfield.

Be from Page & Wells provided an excellent service from start to finish and with her determination and sheer drive, all obstacles were overcome and the sale completed with relative ease. This linked with the courtesy, professionalism and effective response of the team at the Larkfield office means I have no hesitation in recommending Page & Wells as they will exceed your expectations.

James and Adam provided an excellent and professional service. From the first contact it was clear that they knew and understood the local market. Communication was brilliant and nothing was ever too much trouble. I highly recommend Page and Wells for property sales.

From the moment we spoke to Duncan from Page and Wells to request a viewing, to the collection of the keys at the house on Completion, nothing was too much trouble. Duncan was able to deal with the various parties involved in our purchase in such a way that delays were avoided, despite some complex access issues that could have slowed things down. The purchase took less than two months to go through and the vendors and ourselves owe it to Duncan for getting us in before Christmas.
We would highly recommend Page & Wells as they offered such a professional service.

Originally my husband had chosen a well known online agent and the service was appalling so I chose Page and Wells over two other Maidstone agents. Steve, the manager had superior knowledge of the local area and housing whilst Michelle handled most of the viewings and sale. Our house was STC in less than a month. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Page&Wells in the future. It did take over three months for the sale to go through but that could be due to the solicitors my husband chose

Yesterday we exchanged on a property through Page & Wells in Bearsted and the whole experience couldn’t have gone smoother, taking 6 weeks from agreeing a price to purchase and exchange. Any emails or queries were responded to immediately and the office staff couldn’t have been more professional or helpful. We would like to mention Mike in particular who was simply outstanding, from immediately remembering our interest in the property and advising us it had returned to market, to negotiating on our behalf and smoothing the way and being there whenever we needed him throughout the process… amazing! Nicola too was always very helpful and efficient… a great team. I would like to mention we also purchased our previous house 10 years ago through Page & Wells Loose and also had a fabulous experience, that purchase taking 12 weeks from start to finish. As we wanted to take our time choosing our perfect house we made the decision to go into a rented property to facilitate this. Coincidentally we rented a house through Page & Wells Maidstone. Again we had an exceptional service through Nicki going above and beyond to secure the property we wanted and making sure the whole process was easy and efficient. Considering our 3 requirements we could not award Page & Wells as a company anything less than 5* on all accounts. Fabulous! Would definitely recommend. Thank you all so much.

Phil and Be from Larkfield Branch have been absolutely brilliant, Phil's excellent in depth knowledge of each property they have on their books really shines through with potential clients, i was thoroughly impressed. They are super professional, friendly and so ever so helpful from start to finish. I cannot recommend Page & Wells enough, these are the Estate Agents to use without a doubt :-)
