I purchased two apartments in the Panama Loom project through Benoit Properties, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

At the very beginning, we faced some issues and a few misunderstandings, which naturally made me a bit nervous. These misunderstandings caused me stress, and at times I unfairly placed the blame on Benoit Properties — but they responded with remarkable patience and professionalism. As the project progressed and especially now that it’s nearing completion, I can clearly see just how right a decision this investment was.

Mike Sefton has been a pleasure to work with. He's always available, even with the time zone difference. Very respondent and always sending over pertinent information in a timely manner. Although I've just started communicating with Lauren Dean, she's also been professional and very communicative as well.

My target was to buy an apartment, outside of my home country, with many requirements, like: close to an airport, high probability to use it by myself but also to rent it out to tourists if I am not using it, and some more. I got the hint to try with Benoit Properties. But of course many fears and doubts like, are they serious? How to ensure that money does really go to the apartment. How do I get some contacts (lawyer, property management, ...).

To make it short, this is my 2nd apartment buying now via them. And, really great company! Guys, if I am able to save a little more money, then I will start to discuss also next one :-)
