Only received half order, no reply when asked what was happening with rest, terrible service!

I ordered 2 rugby shirts on the 5th of February. I was charged in full. I shirt arrived about a month later. No sign of the 2nd shirt. I have emailed a few times but no reply. I have not had a refund for the missing shirt.

Ordered 2 England Rugby tops, received 1 Wales top and an offer of 10% of next order, ignored all attempts at trying to rectify problems.

Ordered Ireland Home Top on the 21st March, it's now the 4th of April still haven't Received it, sent them 2 emails with order reference number and left message on account site asking them a update, They haven't got a phone number it's 12345678, on site, Useless

Ordered 2 England Rugby Union 6 Nations tops, Eventually sent me 1 Wales top and when I complained they said I could keep the top and have 10% off my next order by way of an apology.
