Paidnice runs on autopilot with little to no effort from users. It is very user friendly and so easy to set up. Since implementing Paidnice, our average debtor's days have been reduced drastically, adding so much value to the business that it basically pays for itself. The Paidnice development team keep finding innovative and forward-thinking ways to automate more and more tasks and they release new features that are genuinely useful in solving real world issues in the accounting environment.

They've made it easy to automate collection protocols for a variety of custom scenarios, in a way that easily integrates into Quickbooks and is extremely reliable.

Easy-to-use platform! It has been incredibly beneficial for our business, allowing us to send quote reminders effortlessly—ensuring we no longer leave funds on the table. Additionally, it helps us update our projected future work more accurately. The automation feature has saved us hours by eliminating the need to send quote follow-up emails manually on Xero.

Automating invoice reminders and late fee assessments has been a huge time savings for my business. I spend almost no time chasing accounts and never have to assess or police late fees on my own. I like all the options for customization of customer groups. I make the fee of this app back and more in collecting late fees -- so worth it!

After carefully considering various options, we opted for Paidnice, and it has truly transformed our operations. Love the automated statements & the ease of automatically adding penalties & interest to overdue invoices. This is the first app I've used that can also offer automated prompt payment discounts.

Wow, I mean, it's always nice when a product actually does what it says but when it's also really user friendly and intuitive that's marvellous. When you have a question and you get a one-on-one video call with one of the team (in my country) within the same day and they are incredibly knowledgeable AND invite you to a new function that's in user testing and very helpful to your business...well, I'd give Paidnice 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend and very worth the reasonable price of investment.

Paidnice has been very helpful in reminding our clients when their invoices are due. Simple to setup and has features such as SMS and email reminders, furthermore, the ability to add administration fees / late fees to overdue invoices does entice usually late-paying clients to pay on time.

Additionally, the support team is prompt, answers all questions in detail and has even added features we thought were important for us to have.

I sought out Paidnice to help me tackle and automate collection on over $90k in unpaid invoices. After 2 months after implementing Paidnice's set-it-and-forget-it payment automation, our overdues dropped below $10k. The late fees are effective and issue with plenty of customisation.
