There was a slight issue with tracking my order but it did arrive within the suggested timeframe. The canvas was a tight weave, then some other companies which facilitated a smoother paint job. The paints flowed nicely and covered the numbers adequately in most cases. I would definitely purchase my next kit from them.

Hi, Gerry, Thanks so much for your honest review! We sincerely apologise for the tracking issue you ran into, we know how frustrating it can be not having clear visibility on a parcel, and we're glad it still arrived within the expected window. We're working on tightening up our tracking notifications so this is smoother next time.
It genuinely made our day to hear that the tight-weave canvas and the flow of our paints worked well for you, those are two things we really obsess over behind the scenes. Thank you for the vote of confidence, and we'll be ready when you're picking out your next kit!
Regards,
The PaintKit Studio Team
