Great customer service

The product arrived badly damaged from careless handling in transit...however,within 15 minutes of sending an email to report this,I received an apology from customer services!.

Without prompting from myself,a replacement was sent asap and arrived less than 10 days later.

A fantastic response!.
Would not hesitate to buy again.

Honest reliable company with high standards

I have recently started to paint by Numbers and have impressed my Grandchild some much so she asked if i could do a painting of her with her dogs. having searched the internet i chose Paint by Numbers UK and ordered a stretched canvas with high detail and 48 paints. I was disappointed that the canvas i received was not framed and poorly packaged. However the product wasn't damaged and look really good quality.
I contacted the company who impressively responded without delay and offered a fantastic resolution to the issue. I understand people make mistakes it is how the mistakes are resolved is how i judge a company. \I can only give this company the highest compliment for their swift response and resolution to a genuine mistake. Defiantly be using them again.

William the Wonderful!!…

I had some photos of my dogs that I wanted to do paintings of but they had terrible backgrounds and of poor quality
One with a big hand in the middle the other with dog leads attached to their collarsand the third his ears blended in to the kennel
I reached out to William and asked if he could help me
He took time and patiently changed my photos for me checking each detail was to my liking
Then when I was completely happy I screenshot the photos to use when placing my order
Thay have yet to come but I will certainly write another review with the paintings attached THANK YOU SO MUCH WILLIAM. 5 Stars
