Ola was a great server. Excellent customer service and a friendly attitude.

I needed to get a new phone and was dreading having to do so,as I am not good with technology.
Having previously used PAIR for help with an old phone and found them excellent,I decided to go there for a suitable secondhand phone.
I was there on Sunday 7th of September at around 3.30pm. There were a few people ahead of me in the queue but all were looked after quickly and I was not left waiting for more than a few minutes during which time I browsed the phones for sale.
Nicole looked after me and set me up with a replacement phone and USB charging cable. She also ensured that all info was saved from my Simcard and transferred onto my new phone. She was so pleasant,helpful and efficient,something that I have not found in other mobile phone shops.
I will be recommending PAIR to friends and family.

The wait was so long

I recently had the screen on my iPhone and iPad replaced in Pair Swords. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly fast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend this service if you’re dealing with a cracked or damaged screen. It saved me the cost of a new iPad, and the repair was worth every penny.

Esther in Pair was underwood and kind she helped me and explained everything about my phone to me.

Today visited to replace iPhone 11 Battery. Really great experience. Clearly told the work and time to be taken. Took 30 mins. I waited in the shop. It was done before time!

My phone was water damaged. Partik was totally open and honest about all aspects of the repair. I found him to be totally trustworthy and he went above and beyond in helping me get back all my connectivity. I would recommend them to anyone. Fantastic attitude and customer service at its best.

Excellent experience in Pair Mobile, Pavillions SC Swords, yesterday.
Staff could not have been more helpful, especially a young lady called Esther!
Transferred all my data from old phone to new, without a problem.

If I could give no star I would.
Given a faulty screen, not correct colour for phone that was put screen for a phone and left waiting over 1.5 hours.
Charged full price for shocking standard.
No response from any customer service

Nothing much to say really. iPhone battery was replaced and ready on time.
