Shipping took a long time since it came from China not the address on site. The material is cheap and the print was blown out. I tried to return them but the phone # is always busy and every email is another hoop to jump through and I was still never given return instructions or shipping address. Had to report as fraud to my bank.

I placed an order needing it by a certain date. It was getting close and I reach out to customer service. They could not have been more helpful. They helped locate my order and did everything in their power to get it to me as fast as possible. I should have ordered sooner. I was so impressed and grateful for the response and support I received! It’s so nice to know that there are still customer support teams who truly care!! Thank you thank you for all you did for me!

Terrible product - images on garments are blurry and indistinct (unlike the representation on their website). Fabric has very cheap plastic feel. And customer service makes it *impossible* to return item.

Changed my item color before shipping, Grecia said she updated it, but I fretted a little since the shipping notice didn’t show it. Got the correct color, so lucky!

I'm obsessed with these pajamas, they're so soft and ridiculously comfy, I never want to take them off! The only tiny thing that would make them even better? Adding pockets to the pants of the long sets, just like some versions have. That would be such a fantastic upgrade!

They're a present for my 15-year-old granddaughter, a die-hard Wicket fan, and I know she'll love them to bits. My only minor disappointment is that there was no gift box or a gift card included; it would've made wrapping and presenting them feel more special. All in all, though, this is a great purchase for any Wicket lover!

This company does not honor their posted return policies and expect folks to send purchases back to China at considerable expense.

Picked these up specifically for a girls' trip, and they did not disappoint! Super cozy, plus they arrived fast, would 100% order again!

I finally received my order yesterday, thank you for your help! I really appreciate it & I would suggest using a different logistics company because what happened to me, was completely preventable ( the courier accidently delivered my parcel to my neighbors). I don't believe you want something like this happening to others.

These pjs are absolutely lovely to wear. Sizing tip for fellow shoppers: I'm a size 12 and opted for an XL because I love oversized, comfy pjs, but a L would've fit me perfectly. No need to size up that much if you want a relaxed fit.

Do not buy from this company. The clothing is cheap rubbish from China with no label and the sizes are all over the place.

They were delivered yesterday and my girlfriend loves them. For some reason on the previous link I had for tracking it just wasn't showing anything, but Grecia stepped in and helped me sort out the tracking issue right away. So grateful!
