I regret to say that my experience with PAKCHAMP Lahore has been very disappointing.
I renewed my hosting/domain well before the expiry date, but despite timely payment, my service was taken offline and remained inaccessible.
I made several attempts to contact their support team through WhatsApp and other channels over multiple days. Unfortunately, responses were either delayed or not provided at all, and no proper resolution was given.
Even after repeated follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved, and I was left without access to essential services such as hosting and control panels. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and disruption.
Professional service requires timely support and responsible handling of client services after payment. Unfortunately, this standard was not met in my case.
I hope the company improves its customer support and service reliability in the future.

I am hosting my domain with them. My website takes ages to load. When i call them to fix it, they dont attend, when I send whatsapp message they dont bother responding to it let alone doing anything to help. This pattern of poor service is on going for many months & issue remains unresolved. Time to exit. Avoid this money grabber company.

I have 3 domains purchased from you now i am going to switch these to or network or resources. You have such a pathetic customer services.
Never buy domains from these scamers.

Full 420 business practices. They are big fraud. Mr. Muhammad Hanif is eating up the paid invoices and not proceeding for the renewals in these days. Better to file complaints against him in FIA cyber crime Cell for online frauds and with Police under section 420 PPC.
Please note that Buzz Host (Private) Limited is also their disguised business from Mr. Hanif.
Please avoid both cheater companies.

very disappointed, the delivery of required services are very slow. its been 4 days of ordering a domain and hosting service and paying required invoices but they did not yet activated the required services.

The response time of your technical support team is almost 20 hours ...I feel it must be less the 20 minutes ...

I have been utilizing their service for the past two years, and they have been exceptional. They offer prompt solutions to problems and effectively resolve any website issues.

I have issue in my VPS and Pakchamp team assist us very quickly as we are loosing business. I highly apreciate there quick response as they save us from big loss

Unethical business, dude is a resseller and asking for 5 star reviews

So I signup for WordPress hosting at pakchamp, and the hosting quality is satisfactory. The support is usually not responsive, and when they do, they do not know how to fix issues quickly.
I signed for pack camp after ready their reviews on Trustpilot, but when I signed up on their website, I received a notification saying that they would give me free platform credit and free service if I wrote a five-star review about how they have got these all reviews.

Beware...they might deliver hosting, but they are resellers, and their business model is quite unethical.

Edit: 1) Thanks for publically posting my email address. I use Firefox Relay to mask my actual one so that people like you can't sell it to spam me. This is my real email address as it forwards to my inbox.

According to your privacy policy, "We do not offer for sale, share or lease any information given to us by an individual or entity subject to this privacy policy,"

But you share my email address publically. You don't even honor your own words.
