this provider is not professional he steal my money without giving me the server .. it s 10 days since i paid it but he did not give me the server and he did not answer to any of my tickets .

very bad hosting service

always ask them site not opening then they allow ip of viewer .....very very bad

services are always overpriced because of first time order payment even if you already ordered many services compared to the support that doesnt care about tickets or answer them after 5 to 10 days. Also services not given even after 8 days of payement still waiting its like youre dealing with a wall no response no good fast service

No chat support after buy hosting and server down many times and if you want any changing then they will charge extra charges

I have used many hosting companies in Pakistan and international companies like godaddy (which is worst in terms of customer support). Almost all of them provide very bad service. I have to waste a lot of time in simple tasks. Pakchamp is very good in my experience. Their speed is good, customer support is good and guys at customer supports reply promptly. I hope they continue provide service like this.

Very bad experience. They don't provide 24/7 support, and server downtime is very high. There are a lot of options in the market that provide good services. I was shocked when, upon asking to change my main domain, they said it would cost extra, although other competitors provide these kinds of services free of charge. When I generated a ticket about the server downtime, they didn't even bother to take action or give any reply
