“Impressed. Grateful. Reordering.”
I usually cook high-quality meals for my dogs and myself, but since we’re on a 15-day road trip, I was looking for a good alternative — and thanks to ChatGPT, I discovered this brand.
I’m a big fan of everything Nordic, and I must say, I’m genuinely impressed. This food is exceptional. Both of my dogs love it — even my 10-year-old Yorkie with dental issues managed to chew it easily with her remaining teeth, instead of just swallowing.
Their digestion has been perfect, and the packaging is just beautiful. A brilliant startup with a truly premium product. Highly recommended. Bravi!

Delivery still not arrived
It was saying it will arrive on 3rd of July but it didn't and I send 2 email and I got reply saying it delivered but it wasn't delivered that was July 6th. I needed food for my pet for trip but it didn't come on time so now my dog has to change the food. And I was on other countries so I missed the delivery again. It went to the post office. I hope I get it when I go back. But this was not great experience taking too long for delivery.

We’re really sorry to hear about the trouble you had with your delivery.
Looking at the FedEx tracking info, it seems the shipment went out on time from our end and arrived in the Netherlands as scheduled. However, multiple delivery attempts failed due to the recipient not being available, and eventually the parcel was redirected to a FedEx OnSite pickup location, where it’s now ready for collection.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been—especially with travel plans involved and your dog’s diet getting disrupted. We always want to ensure our food gets to you in a timely manner, and it’s clear this experience didn’t meet that standard. We're really sorry for the inconvenience and stress this caused.
Since you didn’t get to use the food as intended, we’d really like to make this right. We’ve reached out to you by email to help sort this out in the best way possible.

Our shetland sheepdog loves pala. He has been eating pala since he was about 4 months old. He enjoys most the beef recipe and an occasional cheese stick.

Dogs like the food
Dogs love the food, #3 and #6 are the best! They do not like other kibbles or wet foods. Only frozen raw and Pala food.

Pala for food-responsive Canine Inflammatory Enteropathy (CIE)
I have a dog with food-responsive CIE, and before switching to Pala, he struggled with ongoing diarrhoea, heartburn, nausea, and frequent loss of appetite. Since starting Pala four months ago, he hasn’t had a single episode of diarrhoea, and he now he loves his dinnertime and finishes every meal without hesitation. So far we are both 100% satisfied!

Sorry to hear that the Original recipe didn’t work for your junior, and that only some of the treats were a success. Every dog has their own taste—especially young ones—so it’s completely understandable that it can take a bit of trial and error.
Since the rabbit treats were a hit, you might want to try Recipe #4: Rabbit, Herring & Salmon. It’s one of our more popular complete meals, especially among picky eaters. We also offer it in smaller sizes (100g or 400g), perfect for a taste test before committing to a full bag.

Great food so far! We have tried other air dried dog food but Pala is incomparable better in terms of ingredients, food smell etc.
