I recently had upper jaw implants done. I was happy with my first visit; the dentists were competent and friendly, the clinic is very modern, they were punctual, as were the reception staff, drivers, and Kris support was great. I hope my second visit will also be positive.

I still cannot believe I have a mouth of beautiful, amazing teeth nearly two years on!! I was years with just a top denture and no bottom one- not a tooth in my head! Years of toothache before that even as a child but Sofia Implant centre fixed me up so fabulously! No ut wasn’t a walk in the park as Im petrified of dentists but they looked after me and were so patient. Kris the rep was lovely; I wish I could name all those who treated me during my 3 visits as I am so utterly grateful to them.
I have never had as much as a twinge since I had my permanent teeth in.
My biggest regret was I wish I had done it sooner.
Trust me, even if you are terrified, its so worth it. Bulgaria is also a beautiful country and the summer is boiling!! THANK YOU ALL SO SO MUCH

I was very positively surprised by this dental clinic from the very beginning.

From start to finish, we were treated in a professional yet very warm and caring way. A special thank you goes to our consultant Kris George Alexander he was always there for us, took a lot of time, and explained everything clearly, from the treatments to the costs. At every step, we felt well informed and in safe hands.

The entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind. You can immediately tell that they truly work with heart. The atmosphere in the clinic is very pleasant, making you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

I will definitely recommend your clinic as much as possible to friends and family.

Where to start? It's going to be a long one but it needs to be. So much to say.

I was looking for a good implant centre (that wasn't Turkey), and once I was in the algorithm, Sofia Implant Centre kept popping up, but you just don't know what you can trust with ads and pop-ups.

I messaged Kris George (UK consultant) on WhatsApp, back and forth for a while, checked out their FB and Insta and YouTube, read reviews etc, done my due diligence, and when I felt happy, I got back to Kris, set a date and booked flights. Kris sent a list of hotels, I chose one, and Kris went ahead and booked this for me. Kris and I kept in regular contact leading up to my arrival.

I was met promptly at the airport as I came through the exit gate and taken straight to the clinic. I had my 3D scan and from this my treatment plan was prepared with transparent pricing and Kris went through this with me.

I was originally booked for full restoration of both jaws but after examination I was told I could keep 10 bottom teeth and have a single implant on each side at back.
I then had an appointment the same day to have these 10 teeth cleaned like never before!!!!! They felt so good afterwards!
Sofia Implant Centre do not remove teeth unnecessarily, despite it saving me a lot of money!

Day 2 was the biggie. 3 hours of dental surgery. I'm not gonna lie, it was tough, pain-free due to local anaesthetic but obviously you are pulled and tugged, feel pressure and hear the noises. I was lucky to have the very best , Dr Rafid Hussain (Owner and Head Surgeon). Dr Hussain made a change to my treatment plan during the surgery, again another big saving for me.

Day 3 had fitting and adjustments (no top teeth yet, so keeping mask on outdoors).

Day 4 final fitting of my temps.

Back in 6 months for my permanent crowns and my 2 bottom single crowns.

Truth Bomb...I have had no pain or discomfort apart from first evening after surgery. I slept for 3 hours early evening and was already feeling much better when I woke up. I was pretty much pain free when I went back to bed at midnight and slept right through. No swelling either. Maybe I was lucky but I think it's more a testament to the surgical skills and patient care, including the guided surgery (always, always opt and ask for this).

I came to Sofia Implant Centre expecting full restoration of both jaws but they saved 10 of my bottom teeth, this was a big saving, and Dr Hussain changing my plan meant a big refund too.

Sofia Implant Centre puts what's best for their patient above and beyond the cost. This is so refreshing and one of the reasons I would urge you to consider this Centre if you are considering Dental Implants.

On top of all this, the whole place runs like a well oiled machine. So many staff and all so lovely; my Consultant Kris, my 2 personal chauffeurs, reception staff, my surgeon Dr Hussain and all the other dental staff who looked after me for scans, x-rays, cleaning fitting etc (sorry if I've missed anyone).
The clinic is so bright and spotless too.

There have been many tears and hugs before I left the Clinic for the final time today. I am so happy and so glad I put my faith here 🙏 I could not have made a better choice.

Can't wait to come back for Visit 2 in October.

From arranging hotels and transfer to and from the clinic. The clinic itself is spotless and staff is very friendly. From the very beginning, my experience was very professional, and very well organized. I would especially like to thank Gerald from the planning department for his outstanding assistance. His responsivenes and dedication made a big difference and gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process because I had some troubles throughout my stay in Bulgaria and had to leave back to UK earlier than expected. The clinic managed to provide me with working dates the last moment.

Also, I'd like to express my huge thanks to Dr. Georgi Doychinov. He is a true professional and very highly skilled. I felt I was in very cappable hands, and the level of care and expertise he provided exceeded my expectations!! :)

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Sofia Implant Centre to anyone looking for quality dental care and excellent service.

It was very great coordinating. Very smooth transport from airport to clinic and hotel no problems.
Stuff from top dentists nurses receptionists agents drivers was top. Very friendly kind nice polite caring willing to help in any situations,speaking different languages and always explains everything before procedures. I felt very safe and they made me comfortable all the time.

I travelled alone and had four implants and 6 zirconium crowns with guided surgery over two visits
My dentist Eva was a perfectionist, patient and extremely gentle and re created my natural smile
he receptionists are lovely but I would really like Mariella recognised she goes above and beyond for everyone, nothing was too much trouble and she always made sure I was OK - she is an angel and a real credit to the clinic
Kris was my co ordinator and was always available to answer questions and assist the process
Bulgarians are extremely friendly, I stayed in an apartment along, both visits and felt very safe
The subway is so easy to use and the city taxi service via an app, is reliable and very quick

Hi my name is Stephen and I have just finished my treatment at Sofia implant centre and feel I should leave a review as my experience was very positive.
One flight got me from Dublin to Sofia airport were Kris arranged booking of the hotel before I arrived,transport from airport to hotel and also back to the airport, transport from hotel to Sofia implant centre and back to hotel for each treatment which was great.
I had to get four implants and six crowns on the lower jaw, twelve crowns on the upper jaw also teeth extracted and also other teeth whitened so a lot of work.
The staff at reception are nice and friendly and can speak English.
Sofia implant centre is very busy with people from many different countries getting dental work carried out, the place is clean and tidy and has the best equipment available.
Gabriel and his assistant Nikol I felt went above and beyond to give me the best outcome that I could have and did their very best for me, I am so happy with my teeth and for giving me my smile back.

Do it. I was unsure which treatment I would need after many years of tooth problems, the team at Sofia implant centre will guide you though the choices and help you choose the correct treatment. The centre itself is very impressive clean, bright and calm with all the equipment in house. Shuttles to and from your hotel as often as required are included. All my teeth are now crowns (temps), after healing I'll be going back for the finished set. Truly, so happy with how everything went. Thank you Kris and team..

It was a smooth journey through the procedure. The staff explained what was going to happen next. I didn't have long to wait between the various parts of the process, good transport to the clinic and hotel.

Was given a patient plan.for my full jaw restoration.with all costs.no hidden fees or surprisers.you are given an agent who oversees everything.mine was Kris a really nice guy who spoke perfect English

Tree months ago I completed my implant journey at Sofia Implant Center (it took me a while to finally leave a review 😁🙄).
I am absolutely delighted with my results. I did struggle a little with my speech for about a week, but that’s a completely natural part of the healing process 🙈😁. Now everything feels perfect.
I love everything about my new teeth — the color, shape, and overall feeling. They feel so natural, just like my own. My confidence is back, I smile much more, and I truly love the new me and my new smile.
