I truly appreciate the quality of your products and absolutely love the brand! My dog enjoys the treats and the raw food recipes. However, I have noticed that she becomes constipated when she solely consumes the raw food, so I’ve been mixing it with her previous kibble to alleviate this issue. It seems that the raw recipes might lack sufficient fiber, which could be contributing to the hardness of her stool. While I am somewhat hesitant to mix such high-quality food with her old kibble, I am committed to continuing my orders. It is quite rare to find a brand that genuinely cares about the quality of food provided to dogs, and for that, I am grateful!

Great food and awesome service
Pala Petfoods is hands down my dog's favorite! He usually struggles with allergies, but since switching to Pala, he's absolutely thriving - his coat is shiny, and he's full of energy!
I recently moved to Germany and was thrilled to see that Pala delivers here. A special thank you for the extra snacks you sent for my dog to try - he absolutely loved them!

Ordered from Pala a few times. Fast and great shipping. We also didn't get any additional import cost which is great!
My dog absolutely loves Pala! He is very sensitive to food and this is the only dry food he can eat.

Great food, but expensive, customer service unresponsive
Great food (although several variants too high in iodine etc.), fast delivery. It is expensive, but that is normal qith hogh quality air-dried food (Ziwi's air-dried was expensive, too, but they no longer sell it in Europe and have replaced it with an equally expensive kibble which is not nearly as good as the air-dried), but absolutely no response ever to emails asking for larger packs for larger dogs (largest size is 1 kg, which is ridiculous if you have a dog larger than a Chihuahua).

Regarding the pack sizes, we completely understand how larger bags could be more convenient for owners of bigger dogs. However, due to the nature of our air-dried food, packaging it in sizes larger than 1 kg would compromise its quality and freshness without introducing synthetic additives or preservatives. Preserving the naturalness and integrity of our food is our top priority.
