The panel did not arrive as planned
The panel did not arrive as planned. This is the 3rd time on this site that there have been delivery issues. The couriers you use do not attempt to find or contact our guys or even find anyone from the site team to take delivery. These items are expensive and if lost or damaged it causes programing issues. We now have to return to site to complete our works once the panel arrives.

We are sorry your experience of purchasing from Palco has been so painful. We are generally very proud of our products and services, however, on the odd occasion things go wrong, in this case three times, all carrier problems. All your orders had been dispatched on time and should have arrived as expected.
We have escalated this with our carrier to try and understand why things have gone so wrong.
We hope once our products arrived you were happy with the quality of our product and may be able to see past this difficult experience and give Palco the opportunity to show our normally excellent service.

Excellent customer service
First panel arrived which was an incorrect size. Second panel arrived which was the correct size.
From the beginning to end, the team were extremely professional and helpful. They wavered the price difference of the panels and kept me updated when panels were sent out for delivery.
The panels are of high quality and the Palco team did everything possible to remedy the size issue.
I highly recommend Palco. Thank you for professional service and good customer service.

Eve Meadows - fantastic service
Eve Meadows was extremely helpful in us securing this order and a new line of business for us with a large customer of ours to which I'm extremely grateful.
The carriage was very reasonable for under the minimum carriage and arrived next day.

They turn around quotes for quickly, even for oddly shaped panels. They deliver on time and happily send out sample panels when requested. Couldn't ask for moe.
